Enjoy vacationing in this beautifully updated home while retaining its charm. It features a huge living room with a fireplace and French windows, large dining room, spacious master bedroom with views out to the lovely garden. Hardwood floors throughout, central AC and heat, 2 car garage parking, laundry room with washer and dryer. You have access to the beautiful garden in the back with lovely landscaping, fountain, and eating area (includes a barbecue). Kitchen is remodeled and fully equipped.

This home is in a prime, central location, one of the most desirable in Los Angeles. Walking distance to the famous shopping and entertainment center The Grove, Farmers Market, Beverly Center Mall, Cedar Sinai Hospital, LACMA (and other museums), and trendy boutiques and restaurants on 3rd Street and LaCienega. Close to West Hollywood, Pacific Design Center, Hollywood Walk of Fame, and Melrose Place. The famous Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills is only 2.4 miles away. Twenty minutes drive to Santa Monica Beach and Downtown. Twenty minutes to Universal Studios.

Charming with a great location.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Beverly Grove house. The location was super convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. The house was charming, roomy, clean, quiet and the beautiful patio/garden was icing on the cake. The garage parking was also a plus.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood.

This place was an amazing home, with all the amenities. It was close to everything we wanted for our stay. 20 min to the Santa Monica beach, And universal studios. La Brea Tar Pits was walking distance, as was the grocery store. The neighborhood was clean, and it felt like home!

Comfy House, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this house for our girls trip, which included 3 adults and my 16 month old daughter. The house was clean and comfortable and we liked the original design features that remain. It also helped to have the crib, highchair, and access to Netflix for the toddler. The location was great for all the things we wanted to do around LA, from Pasadena to Santa Monica, and the neighborhood was quiet. Our rental car was on the larger side (Nissan Pathfinder) and it did not fit in the garage on property, but there was street parking available so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Omaima was very nice and responsive. If I make it back to LA I would definitely consider this house again!

Highly recommended

This wonderful home met and exceeded our expectations. Great location near restaurants and sights yet on quieter residential street. Home very peaceful and inviting. The house has beautiful vintage architecture that has been thoughtfully updated....a delightful experience.

The 2 bedrooms we used were very comfortable.The kitchen was well equipped for most cooking needs. We watched movies in the living room and the 4 of us were very comfortable watching Netflix on the large tv. Beautiful backyard is available for renters use. Overall just a great value and lovely rental home with a wonderful, gracious host who lives in the unit above the rental. She kindly offered her help with any questions we might have but other than that we were not aware of her being nearby.

To those of you with large cars, the garage was a tight fit for our Honda Odyssey but we were able to park it inside (rearview mirrors folded up). There is parking available on the street with a permit supplied by the owner.

Highly recommended and we look forward to returning.
