Beautiful, Spacious and Modern, well furnished apartment with free WIFI, located literally 30 seconds stroll to sandy beach with shallow waters and next door to the 5 star Grand Hotel Palladium.

There is a large communal pool area with free sun beds and pool bar and an al-fresco Italian restaurant

The spacious apartment is 110m2 in area and sleeps a maximum of 6-8 people.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms in total, 1 double bedroom with a double bed and 2 double bedrooms with twin beds. Also there are 2 additional babies cots available on request

There are 2 bathrooms, one family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet and one shower room with shower, sink and toilet. Also there is a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area leading to a covered, shaded private terrace.

Kitchen has electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee filter and also has a sea view

Bars and restaurants together with a small supermarket with a bakery can be found less than a minutes walk from the apartment.

The town centre of Santa Eulalia is just a 10 minute walk where you will find 2 more large sandy beaches and a marina. Also a food market, large supermarkets and many bars cafes and restaurants.

Fantastic Holiday Apartment and Location

We rented the apartment for our family holiday. We have young children.

The apartment was clean and well presented, well equipped with everything you need but not cluttered

The location is ideal. In a quiet area next to a small beach with a few surrounding restaurants bars and handy supermarkets, yet also just a pleasant 10 minute walk into the town centre where there are many more to choose from

No car is needed

The gardens and the pool area are fantastic, gardens are really pretty and the pool area never too busy and great for the kids

The owner was polite and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

We are certainly hoping to return very soon

Great quiet apartment

Great quiet apartment. Clean and owners were super friendly and helpfull. We only missed a coffee maker. Just outside Santa Eularia, just a 10 minute walk to the boulevard and restaurants and shops. 1 minute walk to beach which also is quiet and clean but with a little bar where you can buy something to drink or an icecream. Simmingpool is great and has enough sunbeds. Hope to return someday!

Goed appartement / Nice appartment

Goed appartement op de beganegrond. Goed maar minimalistisch ingericht. Prima locatie op het eiland en een heerlijk zwembad. Je loopt zo naar de boulevard zels met kleine kinderen goed te doen. De slaapkamers waren ruim en de bedden oke. Het appartement was schoon en van de basis voorzien. Heerlijke vakantie gehad zou nog een keer terug gaan. Paar kleine minpuntjes. Geen koffiezet apparaat. Zelf filter houder mee genomen en geen lees licht op de slaapkamers.

Meubilair is niet super comfortabel maar dat is ook niet nodig als je lekker het eiland gaat verkennen.

Contact met de eigenaar prima.

Nice apparatmet with good bedrooms. Beds where oke. It is a nice location on the island. It is a short walk to the boulevard wit a lot of restaurants. The apartment was clean when we arrived. The furniture is simple. The owners are nice people.

We only missed a reading light in the bedroom.
