This unique property is a perfect escape from the busyness of life. A cozy 2300 sq foot cottage farmhouse on approximately 12 acres boasts lovely views, a stocked private pond, relaxing porches and an expansive yard for outdoor play. Enjoy visiting with the farm animals, fishing in the pond or just have a peaceful place to rest in between game day activities. If you visit for a game-day weekend, graduation, or other UA event, you'll enjoy a scenic, 17 mile drive to Univeristy of Alabama campus.
- Sleeps 9 in beds, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bath (1 king, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 3 twin beds) with comfortable, clean white linens
- Large master suite with separate shower and soaking tub, including basic toiletries and plush, clean towels
- Spacious, open kitchen and living space with 50" TV
- Large covered porch includes large TV, comfortable seating, and rocking chairs. Spend your Saturday afternoon watching football or enjoy a quiet morning coffee surrounded by the beauty of nature.

The property is professionally and thoroughly cleaned before and after each guest. All bed linens and towels are sanitized. Though we usually meet guests with keys, we are happy to set up contactless check-in upon request.

*Please note, chickens, ducks and a pig do live on the property, but are securely contained. The neighbor's dogs may occasionally visit.

Great family home.

Property owners were very responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival and did everything they could to help make sure our trip ran smoothly. We attended the graduation of our oldest daughter fron UA and the only downside was that the location was a bit of a drive from the college but we knew that going in.

Delightful tranquility

This is the second time for my family to stay in this adorable cottage. Miranda keeps a charming house and it is so well appointed. Plus the peace and quiet in an attractive setting.

Idyllic Respite

We enjoyed our stay immensely and the afternoon rain while lazing on the porch was dreamy. The property is just stunning and was a true respite fir our family. We are business owners and do not get much town time. This trip refueled us and we are so grateful.
