2019 Updated Review
I booked this resort for 2 days in September 2019. Things I wish I knew before I booked this resort. check in is a nightmare and took well over 30 minutes. Next you are told where your room is located. Keep in mind this resort is a small town so finding your room will take another 30 minutes. Check your room before you bring up your luggage. The photos on this listing does not look like the rooms your are given. This booking said 1 king sized bed and 2 double beds. The rooms I got were 2 separate king sized bedrooms with an adjoining door. This doesn’t work to well with teenagers. Also check out time is listed on this reservation at 11am the resort said check out was 10am. There is also a charge for WiFi. This Information was sent to the owner/manager and I have yet to receive a response. Yet I heard back promptly before reservation was booked.

Great experience, would come back with more family
Comfy beds, clean and well stocked rooms, clean facilities... all on resort. So much to do, great place for families. The grounds were really kept up nice.

Clean and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay - The condo was super clean and comfortable. It was in need of updating, but that matters little to me since it was so clean! We would definitely come back!

Nice resort and friendly staff but a few problems
A very nice resort and convenient to WDW. First unit we checked into had to AC working. But they switched us without too much problem. Other unit dishwasher did not work. We just couldn't wash the dishes, but didn't know that until halfway through our stay. Otherwise, rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the many pools and hot tubs.

one star only because it did not allow 0 stars
We did not get to stay one night in this place. It was horrible. To start it took over an hour to check in. Then when I go to the room they were still in it I guess cleaning it. It smelled funny but I was running late for our dinner reservations so we left our stuff there and rushed to dinner. We got back and my daughter went to her room to get ready for bed. When she pulled back the sheets there were bugs on her pillow. When I went in the master bedroom there were bugs in the lights over the toilet and the light over he sink was FULL of bugs. I called the front desk and they keep giving me the run-around. Finally after 2 hours and numerous calls one person came out and said yep there are bugs in the room. After that we went to the front desk and told them we wanted a refund, we were unable to get any refund except $21 in extra taxes they charged at check in. It was a nightmare. Other issues, this was not the room pictured in the ad. It was straight from the 80's. Old room not the nice modern room we paid for. The front desk tried to charge us for the pet fee again and said we had to attend a tour even after I paid full price for 2 nights. I am very lucky I only live a little over an hour away because if I was from out of state I would have had even a worse experience. This ruined my daughter's 18th Birthday weekend plans. I have messaged the owner numerous times and no answer. They were quick to answer before getting my money now all I get is silence.
