This elegant 3 bedroom apartment has a fantastic location right next to Madrid´s famous Retiro Park, a large and peaceful green space right in the middle of Spain´s busy capital. Situated on a street immediately facing the Retiro, this beautiful apartment boasts one of the city´s most desirable locations in a neighbourhood that is renowned for its elegant tree-lined streets, up-market shops and services and tranquil atmosphere. There are a number of excellent restaurants and café´s within walking distance, meaning guests won´t have to venture far to enjoy the vibrant social life that the Spanish capital is famous for.  A selection of bus and metro stations and taxi ranks are nearby, making it easy to reach the city centre and explore Madrid´s vibrant cultural and social life. The apartment itself is bright and spacious, and has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. The open-plan living and dining area is the focal point of the apartment, with a large sitting area, dining table for 6, parquet flooring and original artwork on the walls. The large windows ensure that the space is filled with light for much of the day.  The modern kitchen is separated from the living area via sliding doors and comes fully-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Each of the bedrooms has been individually decorated in a modern way, and features ample storage space. The unique master bedroom has a small covered balcony facing the street and Retiro Park, and is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or an after-dinner drink. The en-suite bathroom is large and modern, with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second double bedroom also has a small balcony and sitting area, but unlike that of the master bedroom, the balcony is uncovered. The final twin bedroom is perfect for children or guests. The last bedroom, has a small single bed as well as the washing machine and dryer. With its superb location next to the capital´s most famous park, and a spacious, bright and high quality interior, this elegant apartment is an ideal option for those looking for a suitable base in Madrid.

Surface Area: 140 m2. Second Floor. The entrance hall leads into the living / dining room with 2 windows facing out the street. This area is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, shelving with LCD TV with a DVD player, a standard lamp and a glass dining table that seats up to 6 people. The modern kitchen, on the right of the entrance, is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. There is a toilet. Along the corridor there are three bedrooms: the master suite (king- sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. It has a windowed balcony with a small table and 2 chairs; 1 double (queen- sized bed 1.60m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower; This room has a balcony with views of the Retiro Park; and 1 twin (2 single beds 1.00m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables, fitted wardrobe and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is parquet flooring throughout the property except for the bathrooms and kitchen, which are tiled.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

Everything about the apartment was perfect - the communications with Spain Select during the rental process, the meet and greet when we arrived, the apartment itself and departure.

The apartment is in a great location in the middle of the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, yet still very quiet at night. It is beautifully appointed and equipped and even nicer than the pictures suggest (if that's possible). We met the owner who was lovely and very helpful.

We highly recommend this apartment and Spain Select if you are considering a visit to Sevilla!

Spacious Apartment Well Located

My wife and I are a mature couple who had a wonderful month in Seville and enjoyed our accommodation. We were met by the owner of the apartment when we arrived and she took care to handle any needs that we had when we were there.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the Cathedral of Seville, many excellent restaurants and tapas bars and within easy walking distance to great shopping. The unit is quite spacious and is ideal for a couple for a longer (two weeks or more) stay. Many of the amenities such as clothes washer and dishwasher have been updated including a Nespresso coffee maker.

The owner lives in the same building and was very accommodating. She is a pleasure to deal with!

The service from Spain Select was excellent before our trip and during our arrival. We did not need to contact Spain Select during our stay but our contact assured us that he was available to deal with any issues.

We travel extensively and Seville became one of our favorite cities in the world.

Fantastic Stay!!!

It was nicely decorated, fully equipped with everything we needed & a fantastic location...walking distance to everything & felt like we were living like the locals. Josephina was lovely and so helpful. We arrived on a Sunday and the stores were closed. She saw we had kids so she ran out and got us milk so the kids could have it until the stores reopened the next day. That is amazing customer service. She gave us great tips & made us feel very welcome. She met us when we were checking out and arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. We felt as we were her house guests. Lovely lady & lovely apartment.

It was nicely decorated, fully equipped with everything we needed & a fantastic location...walking distance to everything & felt like we were living like the locals.
