San Jose III is in a baronial-style building from the XVII century that has been completely refurbished. This classic style apartment, consists of a magnificent living room with balconies that offers views to some of the Holy Week festivities. It consists of two luminous and quiet bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is distributed around two precious patios, that offer a pleasant temperature and splendid natural light in each bedroom. Its excellent location offers the combination of a calm convent and the buzzing city center life. The guests will find themselves only five minutes from the Giralda, the Cathedral, and the Royal Alcazar, and many restaurants, tapa bars, supermarkets, flamenco bars, the Murillo Gardens and the charming María Luisa Park. For groups or big families this property can be reserve along with Casa Palacio San José I and Casa Palacio San José II. This is a traditional and authentic Sevillian home that stands out thanks to its spectacular patios and terraces.

Surface area: 115m2 + 55m2 private terrace + 180m2 communal terrace. 2nd floor with lift. The apartment is accessed through a private patio (communal areas) with a lift that leads up to the second floor. Entrance leads to a hall and fully equipped kitchen on the right and a guest toilet. From the hall on your left your access the 25m2 living room furnished with a sofa, coffee table and chairs and a dining table to seat 4. The bedrooms are accessed from the living room through a short corridor. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (1.80m x 2m) which can be requested to separate into two single beds (0.90m x 2m). The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2m). Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with bathtub and built in cupboard space. Please note that there are marble floors throughout the apartment. The 55m2 private terrace is accessed from the living room and is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The property has more than 100m2 of communal terraces: a covered rooftop which is furnished with comfortable seats from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the Giralda; a shaded terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the rooftops of the Jewish district; and the sun terrace.
I stayed here with my husband and 2 teens for 3 nights. The check in was painless. We felt like we were living in a beautiful mansion in Sevilla which made our stay in this beautiful city even more wonderful. We enjoyed the private patio as well as the shared spaces. The washer and dryer were also easily accessible. The location is perfect for sites and food.

My husband and I just returned from a 9 night stay at this amazing apartment. It is more beautiful in person than the photos show. The furnishings were classic, spotless, and comfortable. The heating system worked well as it was chilly at night. The huge private terrace was a delightful place to sip wine and admire the lush landscaping. Two other common terraces, a washer/dryer, and small elevator are also available.
It is perfectly located in the Santa Cruz area, so restaurants, and the
major sights are all within walking distance. We were amazed every time we entered the lovely courtyard and felt like we were guests in a wealthy family's home. Spain Select was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We plan to return in the future and would highly recommend this apartment.

Siesta time every day. The patio was beautiful. We loved Seville and plan to go back some day. We will definitely rent this again, and recommend it to all our friends
Our family of 4 travel to Seville over the 2015 Christmas holiday. When we arrived in Seville after 36 hours of travel, tired and dispirited - late flights and lost luggage. We were thrilled when we saw the beautiful apartment and even more thrilled when we saw that Spain Select had very kindly stocked the kitchen with essentials for coffee and breakfast the next morning! The location of the Casa Palacio San Jose was perfect - a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral and many delicious choices for tapas within a 5 minute walk. We were honored to meet the owner, who shared with us some of the history of the building, which was fascinating. A truly wonderful vacation in Spain!
We were two married couples who had never been to Seville. We can't wait to start planning our next trip to this beautiful apartment. It is more beautiful than the pictures on HomeAway and very well situated to walk to everything. Best tapas we had on our 2 week trip in Spain. Very comfortable beds, beautiful big bathrooms and the outdoor space is splendid. We rented the two bedroom, two bathroom . They also have a three bedroom.
This apartment is located in Santa Cruz, one of the oldest barrios in Seville, andbrimming with beautiful Gothic and Mudejar churches and classical Spanish architecture. As well as being ideally situated for the nearby shops, restaurants and services, the apartment is within easy walking distance of many of the city’s must-see sights and attractions including the Giralda, the RealesAlcazares and the Cathedral.
