Calle de Caballeros is one of Valencia's most famous streets, and is the place to head for great food, great shopping and great nightlife. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is filled with cafes, restaurants, bars and shops, meaning guests needn't venture far to find everything they need. El Carmen is home to many of the city's top sights and attractions and is the city's most historic and charming barrio. Nearby sights include the must-visit Mercado Central and the beautiful Cathedral, both of which are within easy walking distance of the apartment. Valencia University and a number of historic churches, important museums and notable architecture are also nearby. The apartment's central location means that guests can easily visit the rest of the city, including the marina, the Las Arenas beach and the inspiring City of Arts and Sciences. Calle de los Caballeros is a pedestrianized street, meaning that traffic noise inside the apartment is kept to a minimum. Situated inside a classical Valencian building which has been renovated to the very highest standard, the apartment itself is both stylish and practical. Open-plan in design, the living area is bright and welcoming, and has been decorated with vibrant colours and furnished with quality pieces throughout. A classic balconette window adds a traditional twist to what is otherwise a modern room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay and is partially separated from the dining area by a glass wall. The master bedroom has been decorated in keeping with the rest of the apartment, and features a second balconette window with table and chairs - perfect for enjoying breakfast or an after-dinner drink.This apartment is found in the same building as other properties in the Spain Select portfolio – Caballeros I and Caballeros Atico - and is therefore a great option for groups looking to book separate apartments in the same vicinity.

Surface area: 50 m2. Fourth Floor. Entrance leads into the living area with one French window that opens out into a small balcony. This area is furnished with contemporary furniture; a large L-Shaped sofa (can be used as an extra bed), glass mirror coffee tables, a lamp, shelving with LCD TV and a round glass dining table for up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, 2 ring ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. The master bedroom consists of a queen-sized bed (1.50m x 2.00m), bed side table, fully fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath and laundry facility (washing/dryer machine). The bedroom also has a small balcony. Please note there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment.
Please note that Caballeros II has only 1 bedroom. For occupancy for 2-3 people the large L-Shaped sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed.
