This bright and chic condo is in the tranquil Warrior’s Mark neighborhood, placing you close to the ski lifts and downtown. When you enter the home a mud room greets you providing a convenient space to store your outdoor gear. Head up the stairs to the main living space, which features a stylish living room and dining area in an open layout, perfect for kicking back and relaxing with your group. Warm up by the electric fireplace while you curl up on the plush furnishings and watch a movie, gather for a meal at the 8-person dining table, or step out to the balcony and sit back and enjoy the forested surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen is tucked off the dining area, where you will find a full range of appliances so you can prepare home-cooked meals with ease.

When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the two bedrooms located on the lower level of the home, each with the added comfort of plush carpeting and TVs. The first bedroom is a well-decorated space with a king-size bed, an electric fireplace, a spacious closet, and a large window filling the space with natural light. The second bedroom is perfect for sharing, with a double over queen bunk bed and an inflatable mattress in the closet. The room also features a large closet and a dresser, offering ample storage space. A full bathroom is located near the bedrooms, with a separate room featuring the toilet and bathtub/shower combo.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home and one parking spot in front of the building. Guest will also have access to a shared laundry facility located in the building and to the shared Columbine complex pool and hot tub.

The condo is situated just over a half mile to Breckenridge’s historic main street district where you will find local shops, restaurants, breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. QuickSilver Super Chair and Peak 9 Area Base is an easy walk away, giving you unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway. The home is situated in the lovely Warrior’s Mark neighborhood, known for its peaceful surroundings and being in close proximity to the attractions in downtown Breck. Whichever adventure you are after, this home is the perfect launching pad for year-round fun.

Getting Around:
Enjoy convenience and accessibility from this lovely condo! Within walking distance to both ski lifts and the downtown area, the home is also across the street from a stop on the FREE Breckenridge shuttle line. Hop on the shuttle and quickly be connected to other routes that will take you all over Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around the historic downtown, you can find parking downtown and use the free trolley to easily explore the area.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

Spring Break in Breck
This was a perfect location for our family's spring break trip to Breckenridge. The Quicksilver lift is about a 10 minute walk, which was manageable for our 4 year old (in ski boots no less)! The space was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our only (minor) complaint is that their is no laundry in the condo itself, it is located in another building a short walk away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this place was perfect for us - family of 4, with two teen/adult kids. Easy access to slopes,wther you walk, drive or shuttle. Everything you cold possibly need was available including extra papertowels, laundry detergent and a humidifier. It was cozy, comfy and ample enough for everyone to relax in their own space if need be. Would definately recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room for our group to stay. The double bunk beds were plenty big enough for adults too. We cooked in two nights, the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans and cooking items. The management company will be in contact via text so very easy to get anything you need. The location is walkable to downtown, buses to many different slopes and walkable to most chair lifts. Several ski rental shops are walkable too. I loved that so many of our friends could stay close by so we could easily meet up.
