Located in one of the historic areas of Seville, this spectacular three-bedroom apartment is next to the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Located on Calle Alfonso XII, very close to some of the most commercial areas of the city, it offers a new design and exceptional comfort. An incredible space that comfortably accommodates up to six people.

High ceilings and large windows create the interior of this magnificent property, an ideal option for those looking for a comfortable and stylish space. It is situated on the first floor of the building and has access to the solarium terrace which along with a small swimming pool is part of the community amenities. This apartment has three exterior facing balconies, which during Holy Week offer excellent views of the festivities. With an excellent location, this apartment is perfect for a family or a small group of friends.

Living / Dining room: two rooms share the same open space in the most bright space in the flat. Designer furniture, touches of color and modern lamps decorate this room, with plenty of natural light thanks to its large windows. The Tulip table by Eero Saarinen, the Mouillie floor lamp or the white marble tables are some of their original pieces. In addition, small details bring personality and character. Modernity and authenticity merge into this elegant corner.

Kitchen: fully equipped, the kitchen is located in the entrance hallway and has a functional design, which facilitates movement and follows the same aesthetic line of the rest of the floor.

Master bedroom: just like the living room, this room faces the street Alfonso XII and has a majestic double canopy bed. One of its walls is decorated with an original and distinguished wallpaper, designed by a workshop of artisans with a long experience in Seville. Avant-garde lamps and light strokes of color create a warm and elegant atmosphere. In addition, it has an en suite bathroom with a large shower cubicle.

Second bedroom: it has a large window that offers plenty of natural light, as well as magnificent views of the restored courtyard of the 17th century. A double bed and two bedside tables make up the center of attention of this room. It also has an en suite bathroom with shower.

Third bedroom: decorated with the same tones we find the third and last bedroom. It has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Its window overlooks the gallery that surrounds the courtyard of the seventeenth century. Surface: 100 m2. First floor. The living room is furnished with two two-seater sofas, two coffee tables, a slipper chair, a side table with a lamp, a standing lamp and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The dining area comes with a table with seats for up to four people. The kitchen is open to the living area and it is fully equipped. The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed (1,60m x 2,00m), two bedside tables, two lamps, built-in closets and en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom comes with a double bed (1,35m x 2,00m), a lamp, built-in closets and en suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is fitted with a double bed (1,35m x 2,00m), two bedside tables, two lamps, built- in closets and en suite bathroom with a shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathrooms which are tiled.

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay

The property was exactly as advertised and was clean and well equipped (some wine glasses might have been nice though!)

The arrangements for entering the flat went well and we were given very helpful service by the company representative. We enjoyed visiting the cathedral and the alcazar and trying the local tapas. We would certainly recommend this property.
