San Jose II is in a baronial-style building from the XVII century that has been completely refurbished. This classic style apartment, consists of a magnificent living room and an independent kitchen. It consists of three luminous and quiet bedrooms and four bathrooms. The apartment is distributed around two precious patios, that offer a pleasant temperature and splendid natural light in each bedroom. Its excellent location offers the combination of a calm convent and the buzzing city center life. The guests will find themselves only five minutes from the Giralda, the Cathedral, and the Royal Alcazar, and many restaurants, tapa bars, supermarkets, flamenco bars, the Murillo Gardens and also the charming María Luisa Park. This is a traditional and authentic Sevillian home that stands out thanks to its spectacular patios and terraces.

Surface area:125m2 + 25m2 gallery terrace + 180m2 communal terrace. This apartment, accessed through a private patio (communal areas) with a lift that leads up to the second floor, is decorated in a classic and elegant style, in keeping with the rest of the property. The entrance opens into a 24 m2 living area, which as well as a guest toilet, has a large sofa, armchair, sideboard, and a dining table with six chairs. The fully equippd kitchen is found to the left of the living room. The main bedroom is accessed on the right hand side from the living room and contains one double bed (1.60m x 1.90), an ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. Leading from this area is a large glass-covered terrace gallery which takes you onto the second bedroom, which has twin beds (0.90m x 1.90m), an ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom, with twin beds (0.90m x 1.90 m) and an ensuite bathroom can also be accessed from the gallery, and is unlocked and locked depending on the occupancy of the apartment. The private terrace is accessed on the third floor and containts a table and chair to seat 6 people and a sunshade. The property has more than 100m2 of communal terraces: a covered rooftop which is furnished with comfortable seats from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the Giralda; a shaded terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the rooftops of the Jewish district; and the sun terrace.
We had a great stay in this apartment. The communication leading up to our visit was fantastic and the person who met us on site was helpful and friendly. The apartment is lovely - absolutely spotless, comfortable, and well furnished. The roof terraces are beautiful and we enjoyed using them each day. Apparently all of the units were occupied but we seldom saw anyone else and didn't hear anyone. So peaceful!
Spent three days with our family and the location, comfort and roof patio made the stay perfect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom/shower. Kitchen and living room were spacious and provided plenty of space for all of us. Roof top patio was a great place to relax and further enjoy the property. The courtyard was so enticing that when we opened the door to go out, people walking by would gaze in and want to get inside to look. Overall the location and amenities were excellent.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - two couples - and the location was very atmospheric and perfect for exploring Seville, going out for coffee or a drink and walking home after dinner.
We received a warm welcome from Aldo (and family) and the check-in and check-out was easy with our luggage stored until we were ready to go up to the apartment on the first day and leave on the last.
The only thing I would mention is that prospective renters should read the details carefully: they are accurate but perhaps not altogether clear at first glance. Many of the photos are of the shared roof terrace or entrance patio - very pretty but not actually within the apartment. It might be easy to think these were for your exclusive use. That said, we enjoyed the rooftop view and a drink upstairs on most evenings and the entrance was impressive and very typical of Seville. Also the second and third bedrooms are reached from the living room by a balcony: this is mentioned in the description and wouldn't be a problem unless you had small children you were expecting to be adjacent. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are currently no photographs of these other bedrooms which both have single beds. The living room has a small sofa and one comfortable chair and the dining table seats four. So perfect for spending most of the time out, but might be a bit cosy for six adults. But then why would you eat at home in Seville??
Overall we were very pleased with the apartment and would recommend this unreservedly to friends looking for an atmospheric place to stay right in the centre.
This apartment is located in the heart of Seville´s old Jewish Quarter Santa Cruz, the apartment offers a vibrant and atmospheric home for guests during their time in the city. Santa Cruz is one of the oldest barrios in Seville, and is bursting with beautiful Gothic and Mudejar churches and traditional Andalucian buildings. As well as being ideally situated for nearby shops, services and restaurants, the property is within easy walking distance of many of the city´s most famous historical attractions, including the stunning Cathedral and ancient Alcázar.
