Situated between the Santa Cruz and La Juderia, the most emblematic neighborhoods in Sevilla, this three-bedroom apartment comfortably fits up to six people. San Jose I is situated on the first floor of a charming building from the XVII century, it is completely remodeled and ideal for families. This classic style apartment, consists of a magnificent living room with balconies that offer some of the best views during the Holy Week festivities. It has three luminous and quiet bedrooms and four bathrooms. The apartment is distributed around two precious patios, which offer a nice temperature and great natural light to each bedroom. Its excellent location offers the combination of a calm convent and the buzzing city center life. The guests will find themselves only five minutes from the Giralda, the Cathedral, and the Royal Alcazar, and many restaurants, tapa bars, supermarkets, flamenco bars, the Murillo Gardens and also the charming María Luisa Park. For groups or big families this property can be reserve along with Casa Palacio San José II and Casa Palacio San José III. This is a traditional and authentic Sevillian home that stands out thanks to its spectacular patios and terraces.

Surface area: 330m2 + 180m2 communal terraces. First floor apartment with lift. Entrance leads to hall with dining room on the right. Table seats 12 people. From the dining room you access the sitting room equipped with a card table for 4 people, sofa and reading corner, TV and piano. Through the sitting room you access the living room with two seating areas, desk and bookshelves and three balconies with street views. Left of the hall is the large fully equipped kitchen with firdge/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher. At the end of the corridor is the first bedroom with two single beds(0.90m x 1.90m) with ensuite bathroom and fitted cuboard. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (1.50x2m). The third bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2m) have walk in closets with fitted cuboards and ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. These bedrooms are conected with a door. Please note that there are marble floors throughout. The property has more than 100m2 of communal terraces: a covered rooftop which is furnished with comfortable seats from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the Giralda; a shaded terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the rooftops of the Jewish district; and the sun terrace.
The property was exactly as described. A beautiful grand historic house in the Santa Cruz area of Seville. The house was located in the middle of the historic area of Seville. The Spain Select support staff were extremely helpful and receptive. They arranged our arrival and departure perfectly. I read reviews that the AC and Internet was not standard and I strongly disagree. The AC was as good as it gets and the Internet 8/10. I think the place is wonderful and would recommend to anyone.

If you are looking for an apartment that offers you comfort, space and elegance then this Is the one. From the beautiful entrance to the roof terrace you could not ask for better. The attention to detail is first class. The apartment feels more like a very homely Spanish house. Wonderful for entertaining in the elegant dinning room, and a pleasure to cook in the well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were light and comfortable,all with loads of wardrobe space and generous bathrooms. We will never forget our trip to seville made more special by our stay in this beautiful apartment. We would highly reccommend Spain select, and thank them for making our stay so enjoyable and stress free.
We can't recommend the Palacio San Jose highly enough. Spectacular accommodations. A book lover like me could have spent the entire week in the library. Open the library doors to the street and city sounds came clattering in; but in the bedrooms it was always quiet, like not being in a city at all.
We made almost daily use of the rooftop patio and its wonderful view of the Giralda: some of us read, others napped, all were happy. A peaceful place made even more interesting by the cloistered convent across the street, from where we could sometimes hear soft singing.
The location is perfect; easy access to the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Archive of the Indies, and other places of interest. Plenty of first-rate dining nearby: kudos to Azotea and Ovejas Negras, our favorite dining spots. Plaza Alfalfa, just a few minutes away is convenient for breakfast and pre-dinner people watching. A supermarket and taxi stand just minutes away.

Bis ins allerletzte Detail eingerichtet, liebevoll dekoriert. Gründlichste Sauberkeit, abgeschlossen nach innen, sehr ruhig zum Schlafen.
Wunderbare Bäder, große Küche mit allen Utensilien, sehr sauber und ordentlich.Dachterrasse wie angegeben nutzbar für traumhaftes Frühstücken in der Sonne hoch über den Dächern von Sevilla. Parking kein Problem im nächstgelegenen Parkhaus, 5 minuten. Shuttle-Service perfekt organisiert, Schlüssel-Übergabe bei Ankunft sehr freundlich,unkompliziert. Erklärungen auf deutsch, spanisch, englisch.Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes sehr freundlich, mit größter Schnelligkeit. Kautionsrückzahlung perfekt. Buchungsabwicklung mit größter Sorgfalt, Hilfestellung, Freundlichkeit. eine derartig perfekte, schnelle, zuverlässige und präzise Betreuung und Abwicklung habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

This apartment is located in Santa Cruz, one of the oldest barrios in Seville, and brimming with beautiful Gothic and Mudejar churches and classical Spanish architecture. As well as being ideally situated for the nearby shops, restaurants and services, the property is within easy walking distance of many of the city’s must-see sights and attractions including the beautiful Cathedral, undoubtedly one of the city’s biggest draws.
