As well as being close to many shops, services and monuments, this property is also just a short walk to a number of the many large and popular parks in Seville, including the royal gardens of the famous Alcázar. On Sunday mornings the nearby Alameda de Hércules is transformed into a popular and bustling market, where you can buy everything from the delicious local cuisine to traditional Andalucian handicrafts. This duplex apartment is part of a quintessentially Andalucian patio-style building. Whilst it has been recently renovated to the very highest standard, the property has kept its original façade, offering guests the perfect blend of the traditional and the modern. Duplex situated on the first floor of the building: Floor (110 m2): Entrance is through the hall leading to a spacious living area equipped with a two-seater and a three-seater sofa placed in L, two easy chairs and coffee table with open fire place. Separate dining area equipped with square wood dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is accessed from the dining area or the living room with a central isle with a work bench and second sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, gas hob, oven and dishwasher and has a separate area with washing machine and drier. The second bedrooms is situated at the entrance of the apartment and has a queen sized bed (1.50m x 2.00m), built in cupboards and en suite bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom is upstairs: second floor (60m2): access by stairs from living room. The bedroom has two beds (0.80m x 2.00m) pushed together, both with individual electric remote control adjustable head and foot sections, walk in large dresser, work area with desk and en suite bathroom with hydro massage bathtub and separate shower.
This was our first trip to Seville for my wife, son and myself. This apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious and my son enjoyed his own bedroom and bathroom. This apartment was located in the heart of the city but far enough away from the streets that it was quiet. It was well equipped and included a strong wifi signal.
This apartment is beautifully decorated and very appropriate for two couples. It is comfortable and convenient to all the popular sights, restaurants and shopping. The agency person met us promptly and was very helpful. We loved our four days in Seville

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Very convenient for all the sights of Sevilla. Walking distance to everything. 2 blocks from the Cathedral and the Real Alcazar. Taxi stand right around the corner. All restaurants and shopping are walking distance from the apartment and yet the apartment itself was quiet and relaxing. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. The owner's attention to every detail was apparent. We had all the comforts of home. Wonderfully stocked kitchen with dishes and nice cooking utensils. Although we didn't do any cooking since we were on vacation and so many restaurants nearby, it was nice to have coffee and light breakfasts without having to dress and go out. Nice cafes , Starbucks and even Dunkin' Donuts right around the corner. Both bedrooms were stocked with hairdryers in the bathrooms. Certainly the upstairs master suite was the most desirable bedroom of the 2. The downstairs bedroom and bath were lovely and tastefully decorated. The 2 twin beds were slightly small but comfortable enough. For 2 adult couples this apartment was perfect . As someone else mentioned in their review...it is definitely a coin toss to decide who gets which bedroom. I would highly recommend this apartment.
This apartment was so nice, nicer than our house which is a dangerous thing as it was really hard to leave! Such a great location and so nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable, everything was there. Would definitely stay there again and Sevilla is such.a gracious town. The only thing I'd change the time of year of our visit. Holey schmoley it was hot! Like I might die if I stand in the sun for a minute hot.
The location was fabulous - right in the centre of everything but the apartment still felt like a cool oasis after a day of sightseeing. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed - and it was so spacious, luxurious yet homely. I would definitely recommend this property and Spain Select to others - my family fell in love with La Casa and with Sevilla and we will definitely be back!
