Very beautiful villa with an incredible sea view from almost all the rooms, in a family residence with a community swimming pool, standing before Ametlla de Mar's maritime promenade.

This is a very comfortable villa, spacious and especially functional, with 4 bedrooms including 2 double (one with double bed and balcony and the other one with 2 single beds) and 2 single ones (each one with 1 single bed), as well as 2 extra beds available to get bedding for 8 people.

It is spread over 2 levels with, on the main floor, a completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing-machine, big fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, cooktop, etc … , many storage cupboards as well as a little extra table, and a beautiful living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a large table so that you can eat while enjoying the sea view.

Wide picture windows in the living room allow direct way out to the main terrace, covered and furnished with table, chairs, sun bed and a sun blind, from where you have a seaview that will let you breathless.

For more comfort, there also are independent toilets and, on the upper floor where stand the bedrooms, a complete bathroom with a bathtub.

Very well maintained, this property is well equipped and includes a private parking spot in the residence, exclusively addressed to families, where you'll find a big green zone with community swimming pools (adults' pool and children's pool), balcony to enjoy the view and a children playground, ideal for the youngest ones.

This residence, perfect to make the most of your family holidays, disconnect and relax, counts with only 13 similar houses.

Obligatory final cleaning: 100 Euros to be paid in cash on arrival.

Very well located, this property stands in a quiet area, close to the centre of the little seaside resort of Ametlla de Mar with restaurants, ice-cream makers, shops, its pretty maritime promenade and its beautiful fine sand beach “Pixavaques” standing only 100 metres from there.

The main beaches in Ametlla de Mar are easily accessible by the maritime promenade which passes by the residence and you'll find, on the port, many typical little restaurants with excellent local products (fresh fish, seafood, etc …)

A few kilometres from Ametlla de Mar's centre stands the famous residential area of Las Tres Calas which provides a very beautiful hiking route to discover creeks of an unsuspected beauty.

This tourist region, quiet and ideal for families, is known for the great beauty of its beaches and creeks where high pine trees are reflected in their crystal turquoise waters.

About 40 Kms from there stands Salou, Costa Dorada's tourist capital resort, known for its large fine sand beaches and maritime promenades with palm trees, fountains, shops and restaurants as well as for its many tourist activities such as, for example, the famous Port Aventura theme park, one of the biggest ones all over Europe.
