Wide villa with sea view, swimming pools and gaden, ideally located only 100 metres from a beautiful fine sand beach and close to the centre and fishing port of Ametlla de Mar.

Especially pleasant house for holidays as for its many windows offering direct sea view from most rooms over the property.

Spread over two levels with, on the main floor, a large completely equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, etc …), toilets with sink, and a wide living room, bright and comfortable, with dining area (table and chairs) and a rest zone (2 sofas and a television), which opens up, with French doors, to a very pretty covered terrace with table, chairs, and a rolling sun blind, that make it possible enjoy, at any time of the day, the spectacular front sea view.

A little staircase allows way up to the upper floor which counts with a complete bathroom with additional toilets and bathtub, 4 bright bedrooms and a nice terrace with sea view just outside the main bedroom.

Spacious, this house is comfortably furnished for 8 people with 4 bedrooms : one with a double bed and a terrace with sea view, a second one with 2 single beds and then the two others with a single bed and, each one, an extra single bed available.

Well kept and entirely equipped to have a good stay, this property also includes a private numbered parking spot in a closed garage and an unlimited Wifi connection.

Itt's part of a little quiet and family residence with only 13 identical houses set up on a wide well maintained garden with 2 swimming pools (adults and children) as well as a children playground, perfect for the little ones, and a wide paved area perfect for games or relax, with a large balcony to contemplate the Mediterranean sea and the maritime promenade lined with palm trees.

The access to the community area is private with a second door to be found at the back of the house and which opens up directly to the interior of the residence.

This property has a privileged situation, just in front of a maritime promenade which allows easy walking access to a pretty sand creek with crystal water that stands only 100 metres from the house, Cala Pixavaques. The promenade also provides the possibility to have pleasant walks to the centre of Ametlla de Mar and its other beaches (quick walking access).

The centre of the seaside resort of Ametlla de Mar is perfectly fitted out for holidaymakers with a typical sailing and fishing port, many restaurants with typical sea food, fresh fish, Mediterranean cooking, ice-cream makers, shops, etc …

This property is highly recommended for families in love with the sea, the beach atmosphere, and search for an authentical Spanish experience.

Ametlla de Mar is located in the heart of the so-called “Golfo de Sant Jordi”, in South Catalonia, about 300 kms from the border with France.

Ametlla de Mar benefits from a 16 km unique coast with 30 different creeks and beaches, to satisfy each of us, some with fine white sand, others with rocks and they are surrounded with maritime pine tree forests and have crystal clear water thanks to the dense marittime posidonia.

Ametlla de Mar is the second resort over Catalonia with the highest number of blue flags (5 beaches + 1 for Ametlla de Mar's Yacht Club).

For nudism fans stands Cala del Torrent del Pi and for those who plan on going to the beach with their pets, Cala Bon Caponet.

Some of the beaches in Ametlla de Mar have adapted access for disabled people and others have been equipped with showers and little bars and restaurants in the sand.

There are about 7000 inhabitants and this is a fishers' village with the typical fishing activity does never stop all year long in the port which spreads a Mediterranean atmosphere in all parts.

In this typical fishing village you can find all kinds of facilities, many little restaurants with traditional cooking, the original fishing port with direct fish sale, as well as a prett maritime promenade lines with palm trees and running along the different fine sand beaches of this cute little seaside resort.

A few kms from the centre of Ametlla de Mar stand the famous residential housing schemes of Las Tres Calas and Calafat which provide with nice tracks for hiking, ideal to discover creeks of an unforeseen beauty.

This touristic area, quiet and family, is known for the incredible beauty of its beaches and creeks where high pine trees reflect in the crystal turquoise water.

About 35 kms Northwards, with easy driving access using a motorway, stands Salou, tourist capital of the Costa Dprada, famous for its long fine sand beaches, maritime promenades with palm trees, fountains, shops and restaurants as well as for the many activities available on site such as the famous Port Aventura theme park, one of the biggest over Europe.
