3 Bedroom Bungalow Close To Bridle-paths For Walkers And Close To The Beach.

The Haddin is set adjacent to bridle paths and footpaths easily accessed leading onto downland. The property is set on level ground enabling those with disabilities easier access.

Parking for 5 vehicles.

Gas central heating throughout the property with gas fired aga in kitchen. During summer months gas hob and electric cooker is used for cooking. A modern fitted kitchen with dining table and 6 stools, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Tiled floor in kitchen and hallway leading onto two attractive double bedrooms ( one has a king-size bed the other a double bed) and one triple bedroom with double bottom bunk and single over. Sleeps 7 plus baby. Also folding bed, travel cot/ high chair can be provided.

Large comfortable lounge furnished with comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV with sky plus hd and DVD player. Wifi internet available. Wood burning stove plus dining area.

Bathroom has a spa bath with monsoon shower and steam facility and back massage jets, hand basin and toilet.

Outside there is an enclosed back garden child and dog friendly.

Large deck area with barbecue and picnic benches. Lawned terrace with large table and chairs. Large lawned area to the front of property.

Visitors can see a wide range of wildlife in the garden including birds, red squirrels, badgers and foxes.

There is a bus stop immediately outside property for those who require public transport.

I grew up on the Isle of Wight and this is a fantastic place to take a holiday with such beautiful surroundings. Ideal for that get away to chill out and wind down. I love this picture of the snow.

Why Mrs Tracy Sillwood chose Isle of Wight

Godshill is a very quaint area, the beauty of living close to open fields and downland but also close to the town centre and only 5 minutes from the beautifu sandy l beaches of Shanklin and Sandown.

What makes this bungalow unique

I love watching the red squirrels in the garden. We have built a squirrel run which can be seen from all the windows of the property and at night the badgers and foxes frequent the garden.

Great Location and Excellent Cottage

Nice Family Friendly Cottage and excellent service from the owners. Always kept in touch and answered any queries before and during our stay there. The location is central as well for travelling around. The Cottage itself was very welcoming and nice and tidy with all necessary amenities provided.

Would surely recommend if you are looking to spend some quality time on Isle of Wight.

Spacious, well equipped, convenient house

This bungalow was perfect for our group of four adults -- and would work well for any sort of family. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable, the television is huge and the sitting room is very spacious. there's a big outside space and lawn and the house is very convenient for any spot on the island as it's on the road between Shanklin and Newport. Easy access to Ventnor, Blackgang, Military road, Carisbrooke etc. We had a lovely time. Tracy left us provisions to start the weekend and was very helpful. The house was spotless and quiet. I would thoroughly recommend staying here as long as you don't mind being a bit out of the village/town and happy to explore by car.
