Vibrant and out-coming area, Lewisham is in south east London, within minutes of all the London city capital can offer, central amenities like fashion, art, food, theatre\film and tourism this is an area that completely show a new way of urban contemporary living. Home is very close to The Royal Greenwich, Blackheath village and the River Thames.

There is a local shopping, farmer’s markets, additional retail space like Tesco Metro and Leisure services at 1~5 minutes’ walk.

350 meters away is Lewisham station with excellent transport links (Bus, DLR, and Rail).

6 White Cube is 10 minutes to the Historic Greenwich market and the Observatory of Meridian time open Park, National Maritime Museum, bustling quaint street markets and cosy pubs and eateries, 12 minutes to London Bridge as central point of all amenities and tourism attractions, the building architecture combine with the history and modern daily business culture in the city the London business and Banking area.

Also from London Bridge you can be impressing by Tower of London and the Thames River to walk all the way to the Tate Modern, The globe Shakespeare theatre, The Oxo Tower restaurant, The British Film Institute and the Royal Festival Hall. My family and I stayed at Angie's gorgeous flat for 3 weeks. 3 of the coziest weeks away from home. To our delight, the flat looked exactly like the pictures and was fully equipped with everything we needed. In fact, Angie even gave us a starter's kit to get comfortable. At first, we weren't sure about staying at Lewisham, but as it turns out transport links into central London are frequent and quick. We were also only a few stops away from Greenwich, Canary Wharf and Stratford. Perfect for sightseeing and shopping! All in all, our stay was wonderful. The flat had everything we needed from cutlery to towels to board games and even travel books! Angie's thoughtful touches around the flat really added to making us feel at home. And if ever we needed anything, Angie was only a text message away. Thank you for sharing your home with us Angie and for being such a warm, caring host. We send you and Diego love and happiness.

Hola Angelica y Diego! La verdad que estamos muy felices de haber pasado nuestras vacaciones en su departamento. Es hermoso y tiene todas las comodidades. Si bien está un poco lejos del centro de Londres, te podes manejar bien en colectivo o en tren. El mercadito que esta a la esquina en la gasolinera nos salvó un monton de veces, ya que volviamos tarde y comprabamos algo para comer.

Muy cerquita está el shopping para pasear y hacer compras de ropa que a nosotros nos parecio barata al tipo de cambio nuestro.

Nos gustó muchisimo la feria que se encuentra detras del shopping donde se puede comprar verduras, frutas, pescadoa y carnes.

La gente muy amable en todos lados. Siempre con un buen dia, por favor y muchas gracias. Eso nos dio mucho gusto.

Demas esta agradecerles por preocuparse por nosotros todo el tiempo y por darnos muchos consejos para movernos dentro de Londres. Esperamos poder volver a verlos y les deseamos todo lo mejor!

A nice apartment, with the only downside street noise.

We can only agree with the positive comments of earlier reviews - the apartment has the big advantage of proximity to transport and shopping, the appliances are modern, the mattresses are comfortable, the underfloor heating works well, and Angelica and Diego are excellent landlords, friendly, readily contactable and respond immediately. The area is well served by supermarkets, including a 24-hour Tesco next door, a pub, the Lewisham shopping mall and street market about 10 minutes walk, a bus stop two minutes away, and the DLR and South-Eastern Rail stations 10 to 12 minutes walk.

However, we were surprised that other reviews have made no mention of the fact that the living room and both bedrooms front onto a reasonably busy road which forms a T-junction with the major thoroughfare less than 100 metres from the apartment building. This means that traffic noise, while not too bad during the day, is quite loud at peak times. If you’re an early riser it may not be a problem, but sleeping late would be difficult.

We stayed in the apartment in winter and so the windows were mostly kept closed – it would be more of a problem in warm weather when windows would be open. Also there is a street light immediately outside the apartment and the unlined curtains mean the bedrooms stay quite light all night.

Despite these relatively minor drawbacks, overall it is a liveable apartment and should suit most people looking for a convenient place to stay away from the prohibitively high central London rents.

Excellent stay in London

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, nearby Lewisham station (only 3 stops from London Bridge station by train). It is clean, well-maintained and equipped with everything you need. Also the contact with owner Angelica was very good and she answered all our questions (via e-mail) very quick. We highly recommand this stay.

Perfect place to visit London

Our second home in London

We had a great experience in the apartment. Angelica and Diego were really helpful. They were very responsive to our emails and messages before arriving to London. When we arrived at the apartment, Angelica came right away and showed us the apartment. The apartment was very clean. We had a minor issue with the heater but they fixed it right away. The owners tried to make their best to make our stay amazing. The apartment is a walking distance from the train which made it very easy for us to be less than 30 minutes away from all the attractions. Also, there is a grocery store right next to the building which made it very easy for us to get all the grocery. We highly recommend this place.
