Space and comfort just 10 minutes walking from Las Ramblas.

The apartments are in a magnificent, south-facing corner building in downtown Barcelona. It dates back to the 1900’s and was completely refurbished in 2013.The closest metro station is Paral.lel just in front of the apartment building. The famous Las Ramblas boulevard is a short walk away as are the Cruise Terminal, Montjuic and the Barcelona Fair (Fira de Barcelona). Very close by are many restaurants and bars, fruit and vegetable shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and other shops. Just up the road is a fantastic market.

Our large apartments can provide group accommodation, reducing the cost of your stay. The building has a lift and all the apartments have been refurbished to a high standard, with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, telephone, safe, and LED satellite TV… everything to make your stay memorably comfortable. The keys are electronic and copy proof.

There are original architectural features in the apartments and the rooms are spacious, outward facing and light. They have balconies and large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as other smaller electrical appliances.

Our office is located in the building where we will help with tourist information. We can store your luggage there if needed. There is 24 hour maintenance and emergency service for our guests.
