We love it's light, airy, spacious dimensions and the Port view is a constant delight.
The Port is a hub of interesting activity.... It's like a small village with everything conveniently close by.
I love the wide variety of cafes and restaurants.... Wonderful Patisseries and delicatessens. Small local shops with fresh produce as well as super markets.
Well located and beautifully spacious and airy. Yes, I did get to relax! We traveled to Italy and spent more time in Menton this trip. Thank you also for your recommendations the Patesserie was brilliant (a life saver) and the italian restaurant a wonderful surprise, the food was truely amazing.

The apartment was more than comfortable an spacious for the 8 people it will accommodate.Helen the owner could have been more help with her local knowledge. 5 mins walk to the beach an sea views yet still a quiet location .
There was 8 of us traveling, 4 couples, and we all absolutely loved this property and we loved Helen the host! She is the sweetest, provided us with everything we need and tons of useful information. She answered all our questions and privided help with a couple things we needed. We felt like we were staying at a friends place. She gave clear instructions before we arrived so it made it easy. The place it selfs is so comfortable and clean. There is plenty of space and we felt like at home, she has so many plants which makes it feel cozy too. Its in the perfect location because the port is beautiful and had many restaurants, the grocery market is only 2 blocks away and was easy to walk to... Also Helen told us about coco beach which is only 20 min walk away and is the best if u want to get away from crowded turist beaches. We all loved our stay in Nice in this apartment.
We have just returned from a 3 night stay in Helen's apartment in Nice. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for our family of six, including our granddaughters aged 4 and 2. We found the furniture and beds very comfortable and felt at home amongst Helen's possessions. Our 4 year old loved playing the magnetic darts game! There was plenty of equipment and utensils. The apartment was in an excellent location to reach the old town of Nice, the harbour and the Boulangerie below! We were fortunate to get a parking space close to the apartment every day which was really convenient. Helen was very helpful and always responded to emails which is important to us when arranging accommodation. It was particularly useful that we could stay for 3 nights when so many properties are only available Sautrday to Saturday in peak season and Helen was kind enough to let us stay in the apartment until we had to leave for our late afternoon flight. Obviously this would not be possible if new guests were arriving earlier than this. We would certainly consider staying here again when we visit Nice.
We were a group of 8 and had a fantastic trip to Nice and Helen's property has certainly contributing to us having such a great time. The flat is very spacious and the location is superb, close to the Old town, the beautiful Nice's port and the beaches. Helen was also very responsive and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this property which is very suitable for larger group.
Listing description was accurate enough and our expectation were fulfilled. Only thing which could also be mentioned, is that there is no lift in the house. With heavy luggage even first floor can be a problem.
The property was clean but not sterile.
The common area was spacious, beutiful and cosy, which was very important for us. Bedrooms on the other hand were smaller and cramped. If you share a room with someone, you may have a space problem, especially with your belongins. But for four of us the apartment was perfect !
The owner was friendly and helpful.
Our apartment is located in the very picturesque harbor of Nice an easy walk from the lively Old Town, the Promenade des Anglais, the Museum of Modern Art, the Chateau and the parks and beaches. You will find yourself spoil for choice when looking for restaurants or cafes in the streets around us. Our local bakeries, green grocers, wine shops, delicatessens and butchers, are friendly and happy to help and advise you about the best combinations of food and drink. You can easily explore further afield, even without a car as buses and taxis stop at the port, and the main coach and train stations are just a short walk from us.
You can get to Cannes and Monaco in 30 to 45 minutes by train and have lunch in Italy in an hour or overlooking the ski slopes in the mountains just 30mins drive away. Ferries leave the port several times a day for Corsica, Sardinia, St Tropez or the 'Iles de Lerins' (two islands just off Cannes) and fares are reasonable.
