About the property

House with 5 bedrooms, pool bath, grill, wifi and lawn.

Ses Pareades, is a fully gated estate abroad, giving you peace of mind if we visit with children, about 5 000m2, consisting of a garden with lawn of 1 700m2, where you can play football, córrer sunbathing or dancing. It also has a clearance of about 2. 200m2 consisting of pavement or gravel area accesses can play basketball, or enjoy the natural shade provided by the 5 mulberry trees (large deciduous trees) sitting on the bench iron next to the lamp under a mulberry tree, and space gravel can enjoy a quiet read in the cool space with vines in the corners, furnished with chairs and table at night is illuminated with 4 indirect lights which gives it a very romantic touch. The villa is situated in the east of Mallorca, in a quiet rural area, dominated by irrigated agriculture, with good communication with the city.
