If you are looking to recharge your batteries being in contact with nature I recommend you to come to know the Costa Deià and you stay at Ca'n Olona, ​​a rustic place where you can enjoy your holiday in a wonderful atmosphere of peace and beauty. The house is located in one of the best places in the Sierra de Tramuntana, between the village of Deia and Soller, in the urbanization Bens d'Avall just 30 minutes from the capital, Palma and 10 minutes from both towns (Sóller and Deià).

The house has three bedrooms (two double and one twin) with air conditioning, wardrobes bed linen and towels. A lounge with TV, satellite channels, air conditioning, fireplace insert with heat output to two rooms. A kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, gas cooker-butane and ironing board and 1 bathroom with everything you need: calefactor- fan, hot water, shower and toilet.

We ask all our guests to respect as much as possible the place to be one of the most special places on the island. It is not allowed to fire (barbecues outside) risk of fire and if you are smokers, are you please take the utmost care with cigarette butts, depositing them in the bins. I'm sure you spend your holidays here, it will become an unforgettable experience.

Living space 108 mts.

Exterior: 970 mts. Three terraces: one of 35 m2 with beautiful views of the coast of Deia, another front terrace of 30 m2 with mountain views and rear of 26 m2 with direct access from the kitchen and mountain views.

Right between the mountains and the sea. A great location in a warm, friendly and comfortable casa.

We had a warm welcome upon arrival and a good explanation on all the functional parts of the house. All was according to the web site.

We felt immediately comfortable and at home. No "bad" surprises.

You need a car to go to the house and for all activities like shopping, you need a car as well.

the owners are warm and helpfull, and can always be contacted in case of doubts or questions.

So for us a super location: great view, quit,, all accomodation available and functioning. So : a house where hopefully we will return one day

Für Naturliebhaber - wunderschöne Aussicht

Das Haus liegt auf der Halbinsel Muleta mit tollem Blick auf die Küste der Transmuntana nach Süden bis zur Insel Sa Dragonera. (noch beeindruckender als auf dem Foto auf der Homepage!) inmitten einer Felslandschaft mit endemische Vegetation. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen rund um Soller, der GR 221 verläuft in der Nähe des Hauses.

Das Haus ist einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man findet alles vor, was für einen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Wir waren im März im Haus und haben die Heizung und den Kaminofen an den kühlen Abenden sehr geschätzt, auf den drei Terrassen findet man immer ein sonniges oder schattigen Plätzchen, je nach Bedarf.

Pilar ist eine freundlich zugewandte und fürsorgliche Vermieterin, die bei der Ankunft sogar den Kühlschrank mit den Notwendigsten Lebensmitteln bestückt hatte.

Perfecte locatie voor een rustige vakantie.

Op een van de mooiste locaties van het eiland, rustig gelegen aan het einde van een bergpad ligt deze bijzonder charmante vakantie woning. Van alle gemakken voorzien, en goed onderhouden, met ruime terrassen rondom zodat je de hele dag van de zon kunt genieten. Dankzij de goede service en uitleg van de eigenaar hebben wij een onvergetelijke vakantie gehad. Iedere avond genoten van de mooiste zons ondergangen. Voor wandelaars een ideale plek. De leukste dorpen zijn in de buurt. Ook met de auto mooie excursies gemaakt en uiteraard het treintje naar Palma genomen vanuit Soller. Ik zou iedereen aanraden die van rust en natuur houdt om naar dit huis te gaan!
