About the property

A Relaxing Retreat In Central London

A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom garden flat, in trendy Primrose Hill Village close to everything in central London. Full Central Heating, constant hot water. Galley Kitchen with dishwasher, larder fridge and full size cooker. Separate utility area with washing machine and dryer.

All quality white bedlinen and towels supplied.

Part of a Stucco fronted conversion, our 2 bedroom flat is a luxurious bolt hole in the best part of London! moments from either Regents Park or Camden Market and just a short walk to Soho and the West End.

Primrose Hill is regarded as one of the most beautiful viewpoints in North London. It has almost 360° degree viewpoint over the city and a view that takes the 'Urban-ness' out of London. Although London has become more developed, Primrose Hill, set in the middle of its park grounds, preserves itself as a capsule of London 100 years ago.

It is a truly unique village, hidden in the centre of London - very close to the centre, yet surround by Royal Parks. A small village, with Camden, the trendiest part of London just a short walk away.

About Anna Bradford

I live in Primrose Hill, and think its just the best place in the world!

Anna Bradford purchased this apartment in 2000

Why Anna Bradford chose Camden & Covent Garden

The flat is a lovely secure bolt hole to base yourself for exploring or living in London.

What makes this apartment unique

Private garden in the centre of town to relax in the summer. Warm heating system to keep you cosy in winter.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We had a really nice time thank you. The apartment was ideal and the

location couldn't really have been any better. The only real downside was

that because we were so busy meeting up with people and going to various

events we never really got to sample the quieter local area. We'll have to

save that for next time.

Feel like a local

  • 5 of 5

If you want to feel like you live in London, stay here.

Pros: the private garden, two baths is a super plus in London, the washer and dryer, open concept, the groceries waiting for us after a long flight from the USA (milk, wine, beer, organic bread and butter), the ability to check in early, clean, lots of towels, walking distance to Chalk Farms station, Primrose bakery! Yum! Lots of light and a quiet street and .5 miles from Regent Park. Overall wonderful experience.

Cons: the internet wasn't great and didn't work in the back bedroom, basement apartments so not easily accessible with pram, trash instructions are confusing, must clean up after your stay per leaving instructions, few spiders and bugs in the flat but probably because it's in the basement.

Thanks Kate.

Owner's Response: Thanks very much Sorry to hear the internet wasnt great - we have Virgin Media Super Fast package so I am getting them to check it Rubbish collecting is a work in progress all over London. The collections have changed from weekly to two weekly so there is confusion everywhere as people adjust to new bins but we are working on clarifying this. Very surprised about spiders, but having someone in to look at this.

Happy Christmas started here.

  • 5 of 5

Booked here for a London Christmas and New year break & couldn't have found a more ideal place. Quality furnishings and linen made us more than comfortable and the flat was ideally located for a quick drink, shop, meal or walk in the park and to get into the heart of the city was a short journey from the nearby tube. A warm welcome helped us settle in quickly and the great communication from Kate helped us every step of the way, even during our stay. Highly recommended and would not choose anywhere else. It was perfect for our daughter's King Charles Spaniel too, who joined us on our trip, as there is a wonderful garden.

Loved the Garden Flat in Primose Hill

  • 5 of 5

We spent a lovely week at the Garden Flat in early September. The apartment was super clean, nicely decorated and quite convinient. The Chalk Farm Tube station was less than a 10 min. walk away, and the neighborhood was beautiful and really nice to explore-those with young children should take advantage of the short walk to the London Zoo! Kate and Leonie, could not have been more attentitve. Kate went as far as mailing me to my home in the US, a necklace I had left behind.

Wonderful location, superb apartment with private garden, highly recommended!

  • 5 of 5

This listing lives up to all its expectations! Clean, well kept, good quality furniture. Primrose Hill just around the corner, Regents Canal down the road, Tube station a 5 minute walk away, some nice restaurants and shops all within walking distance.

Wonderful hostess, excellent staff, minor hick-up with the washing machine was dealt with quickly and professionally, even on a bank holiday!

Though we usually stay in the Chelsea area, we completely lost our heart to this apartment and Primrose Hill!
