This beautiful apartment built in 2005 is situated on the ground floor of a modern luxury development in Torrequebrada Golf. Overlooking the Golf Course and 1 mile from the sea, the beach being just 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk. Luxuriously furnished with modern high quality furniture and fully equipped with WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, satellite, DVD player stereo, TV in master bedroom etc. together with air conditioning and heating throughout, every detail thought about. Large Terrace catching the sun with very comfortable terrace furniture for al-fresco dining. Private parking for 2 cars, communal pool, secure gated entrances. So much to see and do nearby including the wonderful Benalmadena Marina, the aqua park in Torremolinos, Tivoli World theme park just 5 min away and very close to Fuengirola, Mijas etc.

Golf Facilities: The apartment overlooks the renowned Torrequebrada golf course and the driving range is literally at the end of the road for those who may need that little extra practise. The golf club houses bars an excellent restaurant etc.

Nightlife / Entertainment: There is plenty of night life in and around Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Toremolinos etc to suit all tastes from the lively Marina which is a beautiful setting with many restaurants, bars and night clubs for those wishing to dance the night away,or just take a stroll and look at the wonderful boats to Mijas the white Andalusian village set back in the hills. Torrequebrada Casino is a 20 min walk from the apartment, here you can have a flutter or see the fabulous dance show and dinner. Tivoli World Theme Park is just 5 min away by car and is great for the whole family as is the sea-life centre and many more attractions. You can go skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains from November to May which is just 2 hours by car so you could enjoy both sun and ski in the same week.

Shopping and restaurants: The Supercor supermarket is a 15 minute walk away and offers everything for the holiday shopper. There is great shopping in Fuengirola - 10 min drive, Benalmadena 5 min drive, Toremolinos 15 min drive and Marbella, Pueto Banus and Malaga just 20 min drive away.

Very dissapointed in apartment

Just stayed in this apartment from 27thsept till 7th October and was very dissapointed in it the pictures are very false you cannot see the golf course for over 60ft high trees the swimming pool is in block 4 we were in block7 about 150 yard walk with your heavy sun lounger is a disgrace the owner knew I was disabled because I asked him if it was suitable and he said ok a total lie. We picked this apartment because we were overlooking the golf course as we don't go out at night due to my disability but I said it would be nice to just sit on the terrace and watch them playing golf what a fib.The television broke down after 2 days but he wasn't interested as he had been paid ,it definetly is not high standard about a 2 star accomadation which we are not used too.The area that it is in is very far away from everything no shops no places to eat a car is definetly essential as it is very hilly doesn't matter which way you go there is a hill if he had said you need a car we would have taken our driving licence with us lucky our son came out the 2nd week and we told him to bring our licences out with him so we managed to get a car for this week we spent 150 euros on a mobility scooter which I was unable to use,we had to get taxis everywhere the first week which took a very substantial amount of our spending money away. Definetly not recommended for anything.Wont be back here in a hurry avoid at all cost

Owner's Response: We are so disappointed to receive this review as we work incredibly hard to ensure our guests have a fabulous stay with us, in 10 years that we have been renting our Spanish home we have never received a negative review and have a visitors book in the apartment which is full of lovely positive comments. We have the most amazing agent out in Spain who looks after everything in our apartment for us and offers our guests a 5 star standard of care. As with all guests she went above and beyond the call of duty to try and assist here. The information on our advert is correct and in no way misleading, the apartment does indeed overlook the golf course but the trees are high at the moment meaning you cannot see the fairway, these are cut every year by the golf course but we have no control over when these are done. We have a lovely swimming pool and garden area which is indeed 150 meter walk from our apartment, to ensure our guests can make full use of this great facility we have provided nice sun loungers which can be taken to the pool to ensure you always have one and can sunbathe in comfort. We received a telephone call after these guests had been with us for a week at 9.30pm at night saying that the TV had stopped receiving UK channels, we tried to resolve this over the telephone for them despite the abuse we were receiving but were unable to do so, our agent went around the very next morning. Unfortunately she was unable to resolve the problem and so an engineer had to be called, he did not come until these guests had departed and diagnosed the problem as the settings had been tampered with hence the loss of channels. We gave these guests free access to our Wi-Fi, downloaded our TV app onto their i-pad so that they could still get UK TV for the remainder of their holiday. We are 1 mile from the sea, a 15 to 20 minute walk from a fabulous supermarket and some lovely bars and restaurants, all of the distances and facilities are accurately reflected on our advert. This guest was a wheelchair user (arriving having not booked a mobility scooter locally, our agent sorted this out for them), the apartment is ideal as it’s all flat and direct access from the street, but we do make it clear on our advert that a car is recommended if you don’t like walking and particularly to anyone who has mobility issues, we are always honest and recommended that these guests hire a car as using a wheelchair to get around the local area is not suitable where we are located.

Great apartment , loved the swimming pool. Located in a quite area but easy access to all attractions. Very clean. Everything as described. Excellent service from Debbie and Luis. We strongly recommend it to any families. We will be more than happy to return in the near future.

Beautiful and confortable!!!

We were 4 adults for 4 nights and we really appreciate this apartment. We will suggest to our friends.

It is like you see on the picture: it is very calm, very clean, very confortable. All you need, is there. Large terrace to eat outside!

Lovely Apartment with fine Equipment

We have great Holidays in this lovely Apartment.It´s wonderfull it´s a quiet location.The Equipment was excellent,with a fine Barbecue Grill who works with Gas.The Swimming Pool is great and the Contact to the Owner was very good.

The property is a superb, we are regular visitors

We would not even consider any other property, we have stayed here at least once every year for the last 10 years. It is in a residential block approx. 1 mile from the beach, overlooking a golf course. We always hire a car, at the airport to save on taxis but that has never been a problem to us. The property has 2 bedrooms both with ensuite and is exceptionally well maintained and is spotlessly clean, a large living room and kitchen with all facilities. We have breakfast every morning on the balcony which is spacious with a table which seats 6 people comfortably. A local couple are always on hand and available if you have any problems or issues. The customer service, from the English owner and this couple are absolutely first class. We would certainly recommend this property to friends, relatives and anyone who would listen, you would not regret going. The complex has a swimming pool, however we prefer going down to the beach every day. We have built up an itinery of 10/12 restaurants which we use, from French/English (Cristal) , Indian/Italian (Milan) beside the Windmill Roundabout and quite a few Chinese. Un appartement génial recommandé à 100% !

Deuxième séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Résidence calme avec une piscine peu fréquentée. Parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Véhicule indispensable pour rejoindre la côte (3-5 mn en voiture / 15-20 mn à pied) car la résidence est située dans les hauteurs de Benalmadena. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Owner's Response: Second stay in this spacious and well equipped apartment. Quiet residence with a pool uncrowded . Perfect for a holiday with family or friends. Vehicle necessary to reach the coast (3-5 minutes by car / 15-20 min walk) because the residence is located in the hills of Benalmadena. We would definitely return ! Because of its many many attractions, beautiful safe beaches, easy access to so many places, Benalmadena is the ideal location for the family holiday. There are many activities to chose from, all within a few minutes of the apartment. The Beautiful marina with hundreds of boats to see and its smart shopping mall, the fabulous Tivoli world pleasure park, ideal for the kids, Sea_World sea life centre located in the Marina with its Dolphinarium, cable cars taking you to the top of the mountains for the breathtaking views, restaurants and bars. Golfers can enjoy several golf courses all within a 20 minute drive and right on the doorstep of Torrequebrada golf, you can take the bus to nearby Fuengirola for its famous Tuesday market or take a trip to Puerto Banus, Marbella to see the millionaire's port and the playground of the rich and famous.

Ski: You can drive from the apartment to the Sierra Nevada in just under 3 hours for amazing skiing.
