About the property

New 3 BR/2 BA apartment with easy access to beach and walking distance to Denia

Situated in Les Marines (20km of sandy beaches), five minutes drive and fifteen minutes walk from the centre of Denia, on the second floor of a brand new apartment block, overlooking the swimming pool and gardens with views towards the sea, our new apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday.

The apartment is bright and stylish and fully equipped to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. The modern open plan kitchen looks out on to the air conditioned living/dining room which in turns opens out on to a spacious terrace with a second seating area and table and benches for outside dining. SKY/ASTRA TV with numerous English and European channels, DVD and WiFi are provided. There is a TV in each of the bedrooms. There is an indoor table and chairs for winter use. At the rear there is a separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

There are three bedrooms: Bedroom 1, with views over the pool, has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room with vanity unit and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and fitted wardrobe and Bedroom 3 has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. These two rooms share a large shower room with vanity unit and toilet.

All bedrooms have air conditioners/heaters and have plenty of electrical points. The apartment is rated C for energy efficiency and insulation.

Underground parking is provided and a lift gives direct access to the apartment. There is a a large store room behind the parking space for storage of beach chairs and umbrellas, baby cot and highchair.

Outside there are landscaped communal gardens with a large adult pool and children's pool.There is also a childrens' playground. A short walk down the lane leads to Las Albaranas Beach with its golden sands and clear blue waters and with views across to Denia Castle and the Montgo National Park. In summer there is a beach bar and sunbeds to hire. A boarded walkway south leads to El Raset Beach, Denia Port and Old Town with their numerous restaurants and bars. The centre of Denia is only 15 minutes walk away. A walk north leads to Les Bovetes and Els Molins beaches . Watersports are available at both Las Albaranas Beach and El Raset Beach.

The nearest supermarket, Aldi, is just across the road and there is also a cafe/patisserie, newsagent and hairdresser close by. There are several good restaurants within walking distance serving Indonesian, French, Spanish and German cuisine, including Quique DaCosta, a Michelin star restaurant, listed no. 39 in the World's 50 Best Restaurants.

I have been coming to Denia since the I970s when my parents first bought property in the area. Denia is not just a holiday resort, it is busy seaside town where there is always something going on all year round and that is why we keep coming back. My family and I have fond memories of all the wonderful holidays we have had together. We hope others will enjoy it as much as we do and get to know the wonderful town of Denia and all that it offers.

We are delighted to present this brand new three bedroom apartment that we have recently purchased because of it being so close to a lovely sandy beach and within walking distance of Denia port and town. Residencia Victoria is situated 100 metres from Les Marines Beach, 20km of golden sands and crystal clear waters, yet only 15 minutes walk from the port and Old Town. The apartments have been built to the highest specification, using top quality materials, providing stylish yet comfortable living space. The area of Les Marines offers visitors not only beautiful beaches with safe swimming and an array of watersports, but a huge choice of restaurants and bars to suit any pocket.

What makes this apartment unique

All the rooms are air conditioned, there are roller blinds on all the windows to keep them cool in summer, the kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and there is a washing machine/dryer as well. The living room is bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows opening on to a large terrace with room for table and chairs and sunloungers. There is Sky and Astra TV, providing English, Spanish, French and German channels and also Netflix. There is a good WiFi connection. There is secure, subterranean parking underneath the block and direct access by lift to the apartment. There is also a large storage room for beach chairs, umbrellas and luggage.

Lovely stylish apartment

Superbly maintained, stylish apartment, very well equipped. They have thought of everything. Great location, a few minutes to the beach in one direction and to the supermarket in the other, and a pleasant walk along the beach or boardwalk to the town. Lots of restaurants within easy reach. A very useful book of info. in the apartment & Peta had given us lots of helpful advice beforehand.

Wonderful apartment and area

The apartment is clean, modern and has every need required for a relaxing stay. 2 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into Denia marina. Easy to book and communication with the owner trouble free. Would recommend and certainly would stay again.

Modern stylish perfect location

Me and my family have just come back from Paula's place in denia. The location is perfect 50meters from the beach and a 5 minute walk into the centre of denia. The apartment is beautiful has everything you need and more is very modern and very spacious. Paula left a welcome book which was very handy and had lots of great information and recommendations. We will definitely be coming back to denia and would live to stay here again. Thank you very much for a smooth experience from booking to leaving.

Beautiful 5* apartment in a great location!

We had a great stay in a fantastic apartment. This apartment is one of the best I have stayed in - in terms of decor, location to the beach and all the small added extras provided within the apartment such as a wine/beer cooler on balcony – really show the thought the owners have put into furnishing the apartment.

The pool area is really nice. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and all have smart TV's. The balcony has great views over the pool and the sea. The kitchen has every utensil you could possibly need. There is a lift right outside the door. Plus the store room in car park has beach chairs, sun loungers, parasols, buckets and spades!!! They really have thought of everything.

It’s about a 10 minute walk along the beach into Denia.

The only downside is having to leave to go home.

Car: necessary

Les Marines has 25km of beach running from Denia Port to Oliva. There are numerous restaurants and bars beside Carretera de Les Marines and also several good restaurants close to the beach. The nearest restaurants are an Indian and a Pizzeria across from the apartments, but it is only a short walk up the road to Hollandes (Indonesian), Cafe Sol (French) and Blay Beach (Spanish). The renown Restaurante Quique DaCosta is five minutes drive away at El Poblet.

The nearest supermaket is Aldi, 50m across from the apartments. However, there is a larger supermarkets further up the road and in Denia town. A bus service runs from Les Marines to Denia Port on the hour, although it is only a 15 minute walk. The nearest bus stop is 150m from the apartment block. If driving, there is a large outdoor car park near the port.

Places to visit are Denia Port and Old Town, Denia Castle, Calle Loretto famous for its Tapas restaurants, Denia Marina again with numerous restaurants and bars. Les Rotes waterfront where you can walk/cycle beside the sea or sunbathe on the rocks and swim and snorkel in the clear waters. Las Albaranas beach and El Raset beach for watersports.

Further afield a drive into the Jalon Valley is a must, particularly to Xalo for its Saturday market and to Coll de Rates near Parcent for panoramic views stretching across to Ibiza. For children, a day at Aqualandia and Terra Mitica, both just half an hour down the AP-7 is an essential part of the holiday.
