Spacious apartment (40 m2) very quiet, well appointed and furnished. Ideally located in front of the sea with stunning views of the sea and the mountains from its large terrace (18 m2).

It contains 1 bedroom, living room with bed settee, open plan kitchen, bathroom and terrace.

Ideal for couples or families. (No pets allowed)

The building has 6 elevators (3 panoramic) 7 pools (2 for children) one of them with a slide, tennis courts, squash courts, Game areas (pool, table-football, table tennis, stationary bike), children's playground, snack bar at the poolside, junk room, restaurant, pizzeria next to another pool (home delivery service), german-spanish bakery, minimarket, hairdresser and fitness equipment. 7 days a week reception with book lending in many languages and car rental.

Perfect for relaxing with peace and quiet

The apartment was easy to find, the locals were very friendly, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay in a perfect location with breath taking views, the owner made sure everything was just perfect for our stay very friendly and helpful, not to far to go to eat out, the beach a short 10 min walk the sea was lovely and warm for our stay last week and not too busy, also on a bus route, we would highly recommend this apartment and location

Great view. Apartment and complex looked tired.

We stayed here 13 -22 March. NB. PHOTOS -2 may not be from terrace of this apartment, & shower is different. BATHROOM Paint around shower peeling. Couldn't use electric socket (very loose), or lights over mirror (defective).Tall cupboard was pretty full. Apartment is over cluttered & poorly organised. Too many items of same thing. IN KITCHEN 50 glasses, 50 plates, 2 overflowing cutlery trays, far too many cooking pots. No space in cupboards for our items/food. Couldn't access some kitchen units because table & stools were in the way & not enough space to sit at table (next to entry door). Electric wall socket loose/not usable. IN BEDROOM wardrobe so full unable to hang clothes (but were shelves). Chest of drawers - 3 large drawers full of linen - 2 small drawers for us. IN LOUNGE AREA a fridge is stored in corner (a working fridge freezer is in kitchen) A large 5 drawer chest (locked). Wall units were less full. We re-organised space to allow movement/access & to be able to sit @ table. Moved stuff out of some cupboards to others; buckets, mops, large bowls, brooms, ladder put in co spacious terrace. There had obviously been no preparations made for our visit. Informed owner washing machine was leaking & about bathroom electrics. Waited days, no response.Recontacted him - he replied that he'd sent an email. There was nothing on our mail nor the H/Away website. He said he was not in the country & asked us to knock at his friends' door for help. This was all too late for us as we were leaving in 2 days. Why didn't he tell us he was absent? Why didn't he leave us his friends' info in case we needed help? Rust around base of the washing machine - obviously been a problem for a while.This was the 3rd apartment we stayed in during our month's holiday.The previous 2 had offered superb, well-organised facilities, with their owners providing us with excellent welcome, information packs & support during our stays. So what we found in this apartment was in stark contrast & was very disappointing. The walk up to the complex from the resort could be too steep for some. Local supermarket offers delivery. Reception opening times very limited. Works were going on to improve parts of complex. Rooftop pool area good. However we did enjoy our stay in this area (car hired for whole time) & found much to see & do along coasts & inland.This resort is thankfully less developed/busy than others.Will be coming back to Gran Canaria again, but sadly not to this apartment.

Solo quiero hacerle unas puntualizaciones: - Mi apartamento cuenta con 40 comentarios de otros clientes de varias nacionalidades, calificándole con 4,4 estrellas sobre un máximo de 5 estrellas. - Quiero aclarar que mi apartamento cuenta con cantidades suficientes de platos, vasos, cubiertos y ollas para total comodidad y servicio de nuestros clientes. Además la mesa para comer se mueve. Esta allí colocada para no estorbar el paso. - El horario de la recepción lo marca la dirección del complejo, no yo, y usted sabia que era diaria de 8 a 16 h. - Desde un mes antes de su llegada sabia que no estaba presente y quien le iba a entregar la llave y a quien acudir en caso de algún problema lógico. Si quiere servicios de hotel, debe pagar un hotel. - Por ultimo, dice que no piensa volver a mi apartamento, pero no es necesario que lo haga, me sobran clientes, como puede ver en el calendario de ocupación. Además a usted no pienso volver a alquilárselo. -

nice and quiet with amenities

We are family of four with 3 years old twins. In January 2017 we spend couple of weeks in Monsenor apartment. Apartment complex is situated on steep coastal slope. The views are magnificent. One bed apartment was clean with fully equipped kitchen. Nicely sized terrace with two sunbathing chairs and plastic table and chairs. Kids enjoyed playground in the complex and panoramic elevators. There is one tennis court, two table tennis tables, one billiard table and fuzzball table. On the top is one kids pool and adults pool with maybe 20m concrete slide.There are another three pools on lower part where the Restaurant is. Unfortunately they are not heated. There is even and outdoor gym and petangue field . All complex is beautifully landscaped and taken care of. "Playa del Cura" is right down of the complex. Its possible to walk to "Playa de Amadores"( we did it with kids) but part of coast -"Playa de Tauro"-is construction site and needs to be walked around. Supermarket Spar is just on the corner and was our main supply station. In addition what I already mentioned The Monsenor apartments also has their own Mini-market and Cafe bar. Puerto de Mogan is 13 min by bus. Do not miss Friday market. Puerto Rico is cca 10 min by bus. There is nice promenade along the coast from Puerto Rico to Playa de Amadores. Palmitos park is 75 min by bus. By notice that other wise it is pretty quiet location. Few restaurants and bars no much action at night.

Wonderful holidays

We had a great time in this apartment. It was very nice and cozy with an amazing view from the terrace. We were travelling in December, so at this time there were only few people in the area and it was very quiet and silent. As we were travelling with a baby, it was a big advantage for us. Furthermore, the owner was very helpful and organized a baby crib for our child. I should also mention that an apartment is in a very good location. If you have a car, it will be no problem to get to any other place of the island, which is really beautiful and worth to explore. We are very happy that we have chosen this place for our stay in Gran Canaria. Thanks JOSE for your hospitality!

Upea terassi ja hieno näköala

Vietin marraskuun 2016 alussa kaksi viikkoa tässä huoneistossa. Huoneisto oli siisti ja mukava ahtaudestaan huolimatta. Iso kahden huoneen levyinen terassi ja upea merinäköala. Terassi toimii hyvin kolmantena huoneena.

Koko kompleksi on rakennettu ylös vuoren rinteeseen. Kulkua ylös helpottavat kolme hissiä, jotka toimivat hyvin. Kompleksi sijaitsee keskellä ei mitään. Kylässä on yksi pieni ostoskeskus ja lapsillekin sopiva uimaranta. Kompleksissa on ravintola (joka oli suljettuna), neljä uima-allasta (joista kaksi oli suljettuna), pieni myymälä, baari, leipomo ja parturi.

Terassilla oli pöytä, neljä tuolia ja kaksi aurinkotuolia, joista toinen rikkoutui ensimmäisellä istumalla.

Huoneisto vastasi siitä annettua tietoa. Kokonaisuutena lomakokemukseni oli hyvin positiivinen ja tulen varmasti tänne uudelleen.

Siento que el espacio fuese un poco reducido para estar cómodas 5 personas pero, aunque caben, ya le dije que el apartamento es ideal para un máximo de 4 personas También siento que su estancia coincidiera con las obras de modernización y reforma de 2 de las piscinas. Ya están terminadas y funcionando con normalidad. Un saludo

Cura Beach (Playa del Cura) is a quiet not overcrowded area with a beach, ideal for families or couples willing to relax.

The area has the best climate of the island, offering to visitors 300 sunny days per year, so you can enjoy your spring winter with temperatures of about 21°C, which invites you to take a bath or a sunbath anytime.

There is a small shopping arcade with a drug store, some bars, restaurants, pubs and a SPAR supermarket with home delivery service.

Connected to the airport through bus 91 (50 km) and with las Palmas de Gran Canaria city (67 km), the capital city of the island.

Also, other lines lead to other important beaches and hot-spots, such as:

- Amadores beach (2 km): white sandy beach with shopping facilities and bars, restaurants chill-out, and crazy golf.

- Puerto Rico (4 km): Major multilingual development with a peaceful beach, marina, sailing school, Scuba diving school, hospital, post office, police station, petrol station, pharmacies, tennis club and paddle tennis, crazy golf and a big shopping center with a supermarket, many shops, perfumeries, banks, bars, sports bar, restaurants pubs or night clubs.

- Puerto de Mogán (10 km) lovely fisher's town known as the 'Little Venice' because of its canals, highlighted by its fishing harbour and marina, its peaceful beach and the number of bars and restaurants, amongst others.

- Anfi del Mar (6 km): beautiful beach complex with marina and island. With many shops, bars and restaurants.

- Playa del Inglés (English beach) and Maspalomas (18 km): These amazing beaches are, without a doubt, the best of the island. With their sprawling 10 km of sand and breathtaking dunes, declared a protected natural site. Around the beaches there is a whole holiday city with all kind of facilities and services.

Among the theme parks there are the Acuasur and Lago Taurito waterparks, the Palmitos park (exotic bird zoo) Siux City (a reproduction of a Wild West city on which many movies have been shot) and Holiday World (theme park)

If you want to tour around and enjoy a glass of wine, you have to go to the Meloneras area, from the Masapalomas lighthouse to the Meloneras hospital and the golf course.

Golf lovers can enjoy the Anfi Tauro courses all year long (1,5 km), Salobre Golf (15 km), Meloneras Golf (18 km) or Masapalomas golf (20 km).
