Great condo, great location.
Only issue I had was the hot water heater didn’t work well enough to even draw a bath before the water turned cold. Aside from this, it was the perfect stay. Very friendly staff.

Wonderful stay at Fall River Village
Very nice property with great location. Very easy access on foot to downtown Estes Park and very short drive to Rocky Mtn NP. I feel the value of the rental was appropriate for the nightly fee. I would definitely go back and stay again. A few things that would make it a five star rating: The dishwasher was not bolted into the undercounter cabinetry making it difficult to load, the cook ware was in poor condition and really suited for a single college kid not cooking for a family, and the pool is not heated and the main hot tub in desperate need of a cleaning.

Fabulous time in Estes Park
It was just tight got our needs. Location made everything easy. Condo was clean and quiet. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything worked out exceedingly well for our vacation.
The property was nice. Close to town. Our room was rather lacking.
The pull- out sofa bed was horrible. I don’t even think that it should be considered a bed. Our daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. All of the mattresses were incredibly hard, and made for a long night. The heater kept turning on all night and waking everyone up. And the shower was either scalding or cold, no in- between.
The location was nice, and being able to walk to town would be good, in better weather.
We also received a room we didn’t book, so watch for over-booking. Our layout was not as pictured.
We have an on-call manager and maintenance team that are onsite at all times to help immediately address any guest issues. This is noted upon check-in, posted at the office door and in multiple locations throughout each condo. It is our hope that each guest will immediately let us know if their stay could be improved, so that we can provide immediate customer service accordingly.
