Mallorcan house, ground floor, 150m2 in first line of beach with wonderful views across the bay of Palma de Mallorca and the Cap Blanc. Located in a charismatic fishing village. Very quiet and privileged area with an unbeatable location facing the sea and the beach. Ideal for families due to all the advantages offered by a house 10 meters from the beach and 5 meters from the promenade of Portixol. Excellent for a group of friends who want to relax at the foot of the beach and at the same time enjoy an area of ​​bars and restaurants very varied and well known on the island.

Views to the sea, to the seafront, to the castle of Bellver, house with much amplitude and the one near the beach. The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 dining room, kitchen with large pantry, terrace in front of the sea and interior terrace. Sea views from the whole house. Groups of young people are not allowed.

Great location and apartment

The location of this property was ideal - on the promenade: easy access to the beach and lots to watch! Approximately 40 minute walk into Palma, along the promenade.

The property is well equipped, spacious, well maintained and an additional bonus, was the outdoor courtyard, where we used the BBQ and relaxed.

We were warmly welcomed by Edith, maps provided of the local area, including the supermarket location.

We had one small problem and were able to contact the owner who responded immediately.

Sincere thanks to the owner, we had a great holiday.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

Apartment was very roomy and well fitted out. We loved the location. Very relaxed and yet close to good restaurants, beaches and Palma. Jessica was lovely and booked us restaurants and taxis. Would definitely go back

Exceptional a real treat.

From start to finish my ten day stay in this very clean, well maintained, perfectly located house was a dream holiday. The hospitality and welcome from the hosts was exceptional and greatly appreciated.

The house has lots of space, is quiet and peaceful. Everything that one needs is provided.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The large supermarket is a six minute walk away. Smaller shops providing local produce are even nearer. The Church is just around the corner. One can walk into Palma but a taxi ride is no more than €10.

Do not pass this property if you are looking for the very best for your holiday. But book early as everyone will want to stay here. I certainly will be back and I recommend it very highly.

We have just returned from our holiday and with heavy heart I write!

Firstly the property's location is fabulous - right on the promenade - 10 minutes stroll from Hotel Portixol, one of our favourite places on the island. As all of us regulars to Mallorca know, Portixol and El Molinar are great places for coffee shops, bars and restaurants - all just a pleasant amble from the property.

We were a little surprised that the 'house' is in fact a ground floor apartment - quite spacious - but showing signs of a hard life - things just not quite right - equipment wise - not even any Cava glasses in the cupboards!!

But our biggest disappointment was the construction of a new house being built 2 doors away. To his credit, Julian - the owner tried his best to quieten the builders - and came to see us on departure to apologise.

We were extremely unlucky in as much as the contractor was erecting the steel frame of the house and the sounds of metal on metal clanging and arc welding and grinding, was horrendous! Which meant that on a glorious weather week, we couldn't sit outside - from 8.00am to 8.00pm on one day - so we hired a car and went out the next day!

As I said the location is great, but please check with Julian on the building programme of the neighbours!

Great location, lovely house

We (5 adults and one child) stayed here for a week in September. The house was great, three good bedrooms, two nicely renovated bathrooms. The dining room overlooks the promenade and beach. There is also a small but adequate kitchen for cooking. We had everything we needed for the week! The house is just by the beach, so you don't have to go anywhere else for swimming. Very few cars pass by the house. There were a lot of good restaurants if you walk towards portixol.

Keurig netjes huis aan de boulevard met uitzicht op zee.

Prima plek, 10 auto min van het centrum van Palma maar toch in een rustige omgeving. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar Julian & Jessica.
