With private parking, independent access to the property, an outdoor terraced area overlooking the landscaped gardens, this top floor apartment situated within a detached converted coastal house is truly special. The bedrooms (one double and one twin) and the living room are at the front of the property, making the most of the spectacular sea views, whilst the bathroom and kitchen are to the rear of the apartment. The property has double glazing throughout, so making it an ideal choice to have that 'time away' any-time of the year. If you get tired of looking at the sea views from the inside of the property, the roof terrace provides a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The property is fully furnished and has a cooker, microwave, TV/DVD player, stereo with docking station and free WiFi for your convenience.
Please note that this is a non smoking property (both inside and outside ), it has some low ceilings and is not suitable for children under five years or for people with restricted mobility. Unfortunately pets can not be accommodated either.

The village has a small shop, a pub and a restaurant, making it an ideal location for your stay in this stunning area of natural beauty. If you prefer to have a car free day during your stay, an hourly bus service to Dartmouth or along the coast can be easily accessed from the village.
Working for the last nine years at one of the largest hospitals in the East End of London, I wanted to have a 'get away from it all ' space. I had asked to view another flat nearby, but this flat was shown to me instead, so you could say the flat found me!

I was looking for a 'lock up and leave' in the area, but I knew I didn't want a flat with no character. With it's original window, it's uneven floors and being under the roof of a former Victorian coastal property, this flat certainly showed it's uniqueness and charm. And then of course the ability to wake up in the morning, pull back the curtains and look at the sea views helped my decision making some what!

We had a lovely stay at White Ladies made even better by the glorious weather we had all weekend! The apartment was just perfect for the four of us and was very comfortable. The decor is sympathetic and apartment clean and well equipped. We managed to sit outside on the terrace for breakfast a couple of times - just a pity we couldn't see the beautiful view from the terrace! The pub down the road is very cosy and welcoming, the food tasty as well! The restaurant at the end of the drive is very handy, the food good but a bit expensive.
I think the only problem we could envisage is the shower! We could cope for a couple of days but if you are taller than 5.4ft it's a bit of a struggle to shower in comfort. But that's a minor problem! We all felt that the apartment was great value and would certainly recommend it to friends.
Dating from around 1218 and recorded in the Domesday Book as Stoc, Stoke Fleming is a 'quintessential' English village, less than ten minutes drive from Dartmouth. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty the village has it's own grocery store, a church, pub, post office and a library. The location is breathtaking and access to: stunning coastal walks, beautiful award winning beaches, rural scenery, historical and modern day attractions are all nearby. The village has an excellent bus service to Dartmouth (about two miles away), where larger shops, banks,restaurants, a cinema, theatre, sports facilities supermarkets and other attractions are located.
Please be aware there are steps to access the property and therefore not suitable for people with limited mobility. It ia also not suitable for children under five years. It is a non smoking property . Please be aware that there are some low ceilings within the property
