About this property

Beautifully appointed one bedroom condo located in one of the most desirable complexes in Mammoth Lakes.
Walking distance to the lifts at Canyon Lodge will get you on the Mountain in minutes! And after a long day you are back at home just as easily, without having to deal with traffic, parking etc. Park your car for your entire stay if you like, There is a Gondola and a Trolley to The Village, or if you’d prefer to drive its about 2 minutes or a 10 minute walk. PLEASE NOTE: Canyon Lodge is going to operate through 4/14/2018 and then reopen again in mid December.

The Condo:
Quaint, clean and cosy, with modern facilities designed to make every aspect of your trip easy and convenient. Sleeps four people: 2 in the King size bed in the bedroom and two in the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Full kitchen allows for delicious home cooked meals. Appliances include: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Always stocked with all basic utensils, plus spices and sharp knives, we love to cook, so we know what you need!

Living Room boasts brick wood fireplace, comfortable furniture. Digital 55" smart TV with cable and Netflix in the living room and 47" smart TV with Netflix in the bedroom. Wi fi is also provided.

Bathroom fully equipped.

Dining room seats four, plus two more at the kitchen counter.

We are a kid friendly condo, tons of board games to play. Plus there is a fantastic Rec room (see below)

Chamonix:
Recreation building on site includes pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, ping pong, foosball and pool tables, big flat screen TV, tons of seating full kitchen and 2 BBQs. There is also a laundry room, library and the business center in the same place.

Supermarkets, restaurants, Cinema etc. are minutes away.

Comfortable condo in Mammoth

Place was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Owner contacted us on arrival to see if everything was OK. We asked about a few things and got responses and help right away. Would highly recommend.

Great location and accommodations

This condo is as advertised. It’s located very close to the lifts and has good facilities. A big plus with this condo it the newer furniture and a kitchen with everything you need including oils and spices.

Ideal location

The place is ideally located centrally between the mountain lodge and the center of town. Love the unit's warmth. We will come back to experience the winter soon.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! The ski hill is basically in your backyard. Great communication on how to get there and access the condminum as well as lots of information on stuff to do in the surrounding area.

I found myself commuting between Los Angeles and Mammoth frequently. One thing led to another, and I decided to buy a place! We’re here a lot, and we’re not here a lot. So having a rental property is the perfect balance. I personally manage the property and will do all that I can to make your stay a pleasurable one.

Why they chose this property

Chamonix is set in an incredible location! Walk out the front door to Canyon Lodge, or a short drive to Main Lodge. Convenience is a precious commodity in the snow, and Chamonix has it all. Best complex we looked at (and we looked at many!)

Recreation room on site includes pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, ping pong, foosball, pool table, Big flat screen TV, tons of seating full kitchen and 2 BBQs. Our Realtor said its the best Rec room in Mammoth, so we’ll take her word for it..
