SOUTHERN SEASIDE COTTAGE is an Open Concept beach home with a lovely fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space for cooking for a large group. The 1st floor opens out to a large 22' x 12' private pool with an enclosed courtyard and lounging area, table and chairs. The 2nd Floor has 2 King Bedrooms and 2 Bunk Beds (4 twins) in spacious hallway. The 3rd Floor has 2 King Master Suites. Each bedroom has a Flat Screen TV and private En-Suite bath. The Cottage comfortably sleeps 12, with 8 in beds and 4 in twin bunks.

Perfect Place and Location

The house was great, location as well. The pool was a perfect way to relax after time at the beach which was only 1.5 blocks away. A few minor glitches but those were quickly resolved. It was perfect for our group. We loved it!

Pros: communication was great during booking process and any questions prior to our trip, great location- short walk to the beach, private pool, house and well stocked with anything we could ever need Cons: check in process with management company front desk (Rosemary Beach) was very short and rude, house is filthy upon arrival- my 10month old was covered with dirt from being on the floor for 15min, old food splattered on kitchen cabinets, party decor from previous renters found throughout- water had very strong sulfur smell, door on laundry closet would not stay on track (could tell by scuffs in paint and on floor it was not a new issue)

Disappointed

From start to finish we had issues with the house. From a dirty pool/dirty house upon arrival to a broken dishwasher that took two days to fix we were disappointed. Not to mention the A/C didn't work well on the ground floor and a bedroom door wouldn't stay shut. And although the staff was friendly and ready to answer your calls....there was a lack of coordination and timeliness to get things fixed. On our last day we finally saw the pool guy who told us we couldn't swim/use our pool the last day as he needed to "shock it" for the next guest. I could go on with other issues....but you get the idea.
