About the property

We offer you our familiar apartment entirely renovated with a clean and modern style, offering maximum confort, ideal to make you spend an unforgettable vacation time.

It is located in front of the beach with unbeatable views seen on its open spacious terrace.

It has 70 m2 distributed in a commodious dining room with two confortable sofas, a 40” LCD TV, AACC and central.

Free Wi-Fi access.

The kitchen, which is integrated inside the dining room, is composed by a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, induction cooktop, coffee maker, range hood...

Two bedrooms; the former with double bed, 160 x 200cm , the latter with two beds (nest) 90 x 200cm. Both bedrooms are equiped with build -in wardrobes. A bathroom with shower and WC. There's also a laundry room equiped with a washing machine. It has two balconies; the first one, with 10m2 ,is overlooking at the beach. The second one, with 4m2, is placed at the back of the apartment.

It is located on a charming and quiet area, far away from the hustle and bustle. Shops in the area are familiar and environmentaly friendly with rest time.

*Booking payment made by banktransfer (20% of the total price).

*The booking cancellation policy concerns a return of a 100% if the cancellation is replaced by another reserve on the cancelled dates.

*In case of no apartment ocupation the whole reserve will be lost.

*The total payment will be delivered in cash + 200€ of bail at the delivering of keys. Those 200€ will be returned at the end of period, prior inspection of the apartment.

Nice apartment on the beach

Our stay was in early November. That means less crowds and fewer restaurants. The weather was mostly sunny and nice. The apartment is located right on the beach which is perfect for swimming. Swimming conditions still nice. Swimming conditions were still nice. An endless beach walk made our daily walks a pleasure. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well furnished. We prepared most meals in the apartment and missed nothing in terms of dishes nor cooking utensils. Add to that a very friendly and service minded host Toni. The location very close to the airport. but there is no disturbance from the planes. Bus connection to Palma center is nearby and convenient. In summary we had very nice week.

Just back from staying in this beautiful apartment....fantastic in every way!!!!

Myself and my friend stayed here for 6 nights. The apartment is immaculate. As 2 females staying on our own were slightly nervous but that didn't last long, we felt safe almost immediately. Toni is super friendly and helpful, he gave us information on places in the area. Tommy (Toni's friend) and all the staff from the burger place downstairs made us feel welcome and looked after. Can pastilla is beautiful even though the first few days were freezing ☹️. Would love to return again and stay in this apartment only problem I can think of is it being available 😊. Perfect in every way

We have just returned from 8 days staying in Toni's apartment and cannot recommend it enough. It is beautiful, everything looks brand new and it is one of the cleanest apartments I have ever stayed in, there was not a spot of dust anywhere, the cutlery the plates everything was like it had just been bought from a shop and put straight in the draw. We got the bus from the airport, it cost 3 euros and it takes you literally to the centre of Can Pastilla and about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Toni was there to meet us even though our flight had been delayed over 2.5 hours. What a lovely guy ! He was friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. We ate breakfast and lunch on the balcony watching the world go past with the sun on our backs, bliss !! Every evening we went out for our evening meal and found the prices to be reasonable with an average of about 8-10 euros for a main course. The apartment has everything in you could wish for and was like I said immaculately clean. We hired a stand up paddle board most days with prices ranging from 10 euros for an hour to 25 euros for half a day (5 hours). The sea was great for young children as it didn't get deep until you were quite a way out. My husband and son do kitesurfing and on our last day it was windy enough for all the locals to come out which was fab to watch, there was plenty of windsurfers too. All in all it was one of our best holidays and I am sure we will go back soon and will definitely stay in Toni's apartment again. Thank you Toni for a lovely holiday.

Fantastic Contemporary Property Right on the Beach

This contemporary apartment is perfect for a family stay or two couples.

The owner, Toni, couldn't have done more to make us welcome and everything you could want is provided.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained and is thoughtfully laid out.

Toni answered any queries we had very promptly (despite us speaking next to no Spanish)

The décor is brand new, tasteful and the whole apartment offers a perfect place to relax.

All the appliances are new. There's a dish washer, combination microwave and induction hob plus a washing machine which is neatly stored in a utility cupboard area.

Location is perfect, literally steps away from a good beach with easy access along a level promenade to the resorts of Arenal and Calla Estancia.

Numerous bars and restaurants adjoin the promenade.

For a snack meal you cannot beat Tomy's , right next door to the apartment!

The staff there were friendly, attentive and were very welcoming.

Next door to Tomy's is Palm Beach Bar, where excellent reasonably priced cocktails are served.

You really don't have to go far to find all you need for a week....If you do want to venture further then there are a few car hire places offering reasonable rates (around 35 Euro per day all inclusive)

All in all if you are looking at Can Pastilla or the local area you would be hard pushed to find a better apartment with such great friendly service as provided by Toni!

I could not be any more impressed with the service you have provided and the facilities in the apartment. you even found us a gym and asked the owner of the local restaurant to look after us. we're just upset you're not available when we come back in 7 weeks. we would highly recommend you and the apartment is perfectly situated.

No podría estar más impresionado con el servicio que ha prestado y las instalaciones en el apartamento. que incluso nos encontró un gimnasio y se le pedirá al propietario del restaurante local para cuidar de nosotros. simplemente estás molesto no estás disponible cuando volvamos en 7 semanas. recomendamos encarecidamente que usted y el apartamento está perfectamente situado.
