North Florida Beauty! Take In The Ocean Breeze, Swaying Palm Trees, Great Views!

Enjoy gorgeous ocean views from this 2 Bed/2 Bath second-floor condo in the sought-after Turtle Dunes complex on The Amelia Island Resort. The main living area and master bedroom both offer picturesque views, with private balcony access from both rooms.

Enjoy the comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom as you listen to the ocean. The attached master bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has its own attached bath, along with a queen size bed and flat screen TV.

Enjoy the inviting living area with comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV, desk, and wet bar. Plenty of natural light with the large sliding glass door to the private balcony overlooking the beach and pool.

The kitchen has been tastefully updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a sub-zero refrigerator. Guests will enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen with everything needed for meal preparation.

The Turtle Dunes complex is in an ideal, peaceful location on the south end of the Amelia Island Resort. Take a dip in the large private pool for Turtle Dunes guests, and wander out to the beach, with access just a few steps away on the boardwalk. Turtle Dunes also offers it's own private tennis courts for use by guests.

Guests will enjoy the resort's highly-regarded, easily accessible walking trails, which wind through the oceanside and marshside of the resort. There's also a luxurious spa, nature center, putt-putt course, and chapel on the resort. Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach is a 15-minute drive north on the island. This charming historic district serves up many high-quality dining options and shopping experiences.

For the golfer, there are courses right on the resort as well as mid- and north island.

Please be advised, this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities.” This means there is restricted access to the main hotel's pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and that Racquet Park is only open to club members and their guests for open play (clinics and lessons can be scheduled though). We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities.

Great beach condo

Very clean, well stocked, great location. This was the best stocked unit we have ever rented. Beach chairs, beach toys, kitchen had everything we needed; including a blender! Location is great. 2nd story is high enough for unobstructed beach view, and view of pool too. Easy boardwalk stroll to beach. From front door to beach was only a minute walk total. Bedrooms were spacious. Enough room in both bedrooms for a pack 'n play to comfortably fit between bed and the wall, with enough room to walk around it too.

Great Property

This our 2nd time staying in a Turtle Dunes condo and it’s starting to feel like our home away from home. This unit was perfect for our family and was exactly as advertised. We will definitely be back and we will try to plan our trip around this units availability. Great Property!
