One bedroom Apartment with Magnificent Sea Views

Unique Penthouse apartment situated on a privately owned complex, boasting the best views of the area and situated in a prime location with a huge sunny corner terrace, overlooking the Atlantic with La Gomera in the distance. One of the islands best blue flag beaches is literally on your doorstep within a 2 minutes walk . The sight of the setting sun is a picture to behold. The apartment is comfortably equipped with wifi to cater and sleep three to four guests with the main feature being the totally secluded and private 35 square meter sunny terrace complete with BBQ. The complex also has a large communal pool . Taxi rank and bus stops a few yards away with buses to Los Gigantes, Los Cristianos and Puerto de la Cruz in the north of the island.

Nearby there are plenty of supermarkets, shops , bars and internet access as well as many restaurants offering different cuisine.

prachtig gelegen, mooi uitzicht; groot balkon, na 11.00 uur de hele dag zon; appartement is netjes en schoon; wel verouderd, slaapbank zit niet goed, geen eethoek, keuken is compleet. Met goede parkeergelegenheid, vlakbij strand en restaurantjes

Property was nice and very comfortable with spectacular views

We were looking for a peaceful holiday but found noise from the hotel next door, including daytime noise, too much and we couldn't relax.

We wish we had done it sooner!

After 9 years of nagging by our Friends who we meet every Christmas the wife & I decided to rent an apartment rather than stay in a hotel like they do. So we chose this one and wow was it a good decision, the views are wonderful a nice comfy bed in the bedroom & no noise or cleaners knocking on your door. Lesley the owner really helped with any queries we had and it could not have been any simpler to rent. We even had a two wheeled shopping trolley in the apartment which came in handy with bringing heavy water bottles back to the apartment. Best of all you have a washing machine in the bathroom which means everything came home washed and dried ((but not ironed). We could not fault the place, so much so we have booked to go back this Christmas 2017 and we wished we had rented sooner. Just to clear it up this has a separate bedroom and is not a studio as described above which confused us. Thank you Lesley & Francisco the caretaker for all your help which helped us have a great Christmas.

Central location, spacious balcony, fabulous view!

Stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed every minute. I always look for a large balcony which has sun loungers plus table and chairs as I look forward to a bit of solitude on holiday and spend a lot of time on the balcony. This was spot on. The view was amazing (although there is a large hotel to the side, it's not obtrusive in any way). I woke up on the first night thinking how windy it was outside - until I realised it was actually the crashing waves. As I don't live anywhere near the sea, this was lovely to have in the background. Apartment is a good size and has everything you need. Transport took for ever to arrive and Francisco kindly waiting patiently for me - what a sweetie :) I would go for a walk each day, but be prepared for some pretty steep hills. My answer to this was to stop frequently for a drink (+ cake). Lots of places to eat and drink. Resort not too busy. Doctor's at the bottom of the road, which you would hopefully not need but maybe comforting to know it is so close if necessary. I would definitely recommend this apartment and have to mention how easy Lesley was to deal with. I felt confident she would be there to sort out any issues which may crop up.

Clean, quiet, great location

This is the cleanest place we ever stayed !! As we walk in we immediately relaxed. The distant waves of the sea send you to slep and greet you in the morning...

Lesley is very helpful. I appreciated the suggested website to pay the deposit, easy to use and much cheaper. Will go back.

Many different types of cuisine nearby and attractions please see details in apartment. The apartment is a short drive away from various golf courses in Tenerife. For a relatively small resort, Playa de la Arena boasts a mind-boggling array of bars and restaurants of all shapes and sizes, although 'night-life' in the sense of clubs and discos, while it undoubtedly exists, is on a much smaller scale than the larger resorts in the south. The resort itself is built up in a thin strip along the length of the Avenida Maritima (main road), which cuts through the resort. It runs more or less parallel to the sea front for a couple of miles, with the beach at its heart. Here you'll also find the beach-front promenade where you can have a stroll in the sunshine.

Playa de la Arena beach offers a gentle gradient and often calm waters which are generally safe for children who, of course, should never swim unsupervised, however good the sea conditions appear to be!
