• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Not as expected, and definitely not worth the money!
In the pictures, this place looked great! Ideal space & room for a family of 6 plus an infant, plus close to the trolley line. Just west of Jackson Ave. HOWEVER! Checking into the place, it REEKED of fabuloso, the floors were sticky, there wasn’t one rug in the house. The fireplace works but doesn’t emit heat. None of the fans worked, neither did the remotes with them. There were a total of 2 drinking glasses, and no ice. Tile floors throughout the house with busted grout, and grout pieces all over the place. The walls and baseboards were FILTHY! Upstairs, the bedrooms were also gross and hand furniture in it that looked like it was picked off the side of the road. Huge gashes and cuts all in it, huge scrapes and scuffs along the walls. One bedroom, sat on the foot of the bed & the front part of the mattress flew up. All of the box springs were makeshift 2x4 slats. The bathroom up stairs, we had to secure the shower curtain rod bc it was dangling there by a thread. The bathroom downstairs has a busted lock, and you can’t even shut the bathroom door upstairs because it’s off-center. Overall, the place is a POS and I’m really upset I paid this amount of money for such a run down, raggedly place. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY WHATSOEVER.

Weekend away
Overall all great location. Close to trolley and Walgreens very close by. Whole house upstairs and downstairs wreaked of maraijuana our entire stay. Dont really blame the owner because it was probably the last group that stayed there. I would make sure your cleaning team reports that to you though, because when a group of cops stay there (that would be us) it's not pleasant for them. Overall good stay!!!

Great location for Mardi gras parades
The unit was huge. Living, dining room and kitchen down stairs were spacious and the couches very comfy for resting between parades. Bedrooms were upstairs and were of good size. Beds were new and comfy, plenty of towels though an extra blanket would have been nice. Laundry was a luxury after getting caught in the LA rain. Property was a little confusing on entering. Although the address is on Carondelet st, access to the property is from the driveway off St. Mary st. There is parking on the streets, but with big parades, parking is premium. There is a shared driveway but I didn't want to leave my car in that spot over night. We did get street parking and once parked, used Uber for our adventures. St. Charles Trolley would have been a great asset, but it wasn't running due to parades. A Walgreens is on the opposite side of the block and that was very handy. Over all, it was a nice unit, but many construction items to be completed before it could be a 5 star rental; sticking bedroom doors, tiles not glued down, shower fixtures installed backwards, but once the owner completes his punch list, I'm sure it will be a diamond rental. Rental company was responsive to questions. Oh... and the unit needs a wine opener!
