Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views set in the heart of the historic city of Cadiz. This charming 2nd floor apartment forms part of one of the oldest patio houses in Cadiz and boasts some of the best views across the Bay of Cadiz. Its central location near the port makes it an ideal place from which to explore the romantic cobbled streets of the old city decorated with wonderful architectural buildings and dotted with quality restaurants, shops and bars.

Cadiz is steeped in history with its gold domed Cathedral, pretty plazas, many museums, galleries and ornate gardens within its walls offer plenty to see and do with the added benefit of beautiful sandy beaches lining the glistening Atlantic Ocean.

Contemporary in style, every detail in the apartment has been carefully crafted using the highest quality materials respectfully intertwined with the character and charm of original features such as stone arches, large rooms with high beamed ceilings and extensive windows with private balcony all creating a light and relaxing space in which to spend your holiday.

Entrance to the apartment is via a beautifully preserved historic patio and a stone staircase leads up to the apartment on the 2nd floor.

This stunning apartment is designed and equipped with everything you need to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The light and bright living room with high arched ceilings provides a lovely space in which to sit back and enjoy the stunning sea views across the Bay of Cadiz from the 2 balconettes. There is Spanish TV, a DVD player and free WIFI is provided to help you to keep in touch whilst you are away. There are comfortable sofas and large lounging cushions, a dining area from which to enjoy the views and also a mezzanine floor accessed via a ladder - a great place to enjoy some peace and quiet and a good read.

The newly fitted, luxury kitchen has everything a home and away chef could need. There is an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, Fridge-freezer and lots of cooking equipment etc to use when you decide to eat in. There is also a small breakfast bar so you can chat with fellow guests over a glass of wine whilst preparing your evening tapas.

The master bedroom is extensive with a low level double bed, large dressing area and glass doors to the living room with privacy blinds. The 2nd bedroom is beautifully decorated and equipped with 2 single beds which are arranged close together to suit either a couple or 2 children. There is plenty of storage space too with the fitted wardrobes and also a feature original stone window to the hallway.

The family bathroom is a lovely romantic space to enjoy the beautiful marble walk in shower. There are twin sinks and a hairdryer for the convenience of guests during their stay.

The apartment is equipped with central heating making it a perfect retreat during the cooler months too. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with free-standing fans however, the thick stone walls, high ceilings and long windows help to keep the place cool and comfortable during the summer months.

1 set of bedding and towels are provided and cleaning is completed after guests have vacated the property.

chic!!!

this apartment is well equipped, full of history and atmosphere. it provides you with a stunning view over the sea. it's very close to the city centre where you find lots of shops and supermarkets. we used the public parking lots left of the (charched) official parking park along the coast and went very well with it. we were welcomed by the landlord who explained everything to to us and gave useful information. Cádiz is a charming city, esp as we were there for semana santa. when you are done with it there are lots of attractions to explore: dunes, trafalgar beach, art park, jerez and the equestrian school, colombus's water well, gib and much more. we really enjoyed our stay there. viva cádiz!

Top! Für 2-4 Personen optimal geeignet!

Sehr schöne, helle und geräumiges Apartment. Die zentrale Lage und die Nähe zum Meer sind optimal. Cadiz ist komplett zu Fuß erreichbar sodass Supermärkte, Einkaufsmeilen, Bars/ Cafes/ Restaurants und der Wochenmarkt nur 10-15 Minuten entfernt sind. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ca. 300 m vom Apartment entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

Cadiz selbst ist eine sehr tolle Stadt mit attraktivem historischen Stadtkern. Der Stadtstrand ist nicht wirklich empfehlenswert, wobei sehr tolle Strände wie z.B. La Barrossa mit dem Auto in 30 Min erreicht werden können.

Insgesamt lohnenswertes Urlaubsziel mit einem sehr schönen Apartment --> TOP!

Beyond Cadiz, there are so many fantastic places to visit across the Costa de la Luz and inland to the Sierras. Visit the many quaint hilltop white villages with their cobbled streets and cafe culture plazas such as Vejer de la Frontera, Arcos de la Frontera or Medina Sidonia. This area is famous for its unspoilt natural beaches, a real draw for budding or accomplished surfers. Try El Palmar, Conil de la Frontera or Los Canos de Meca just along the coast from the imposing lighthouse, Cabo Trafalgar - a famous sight where Lord Nelson lost his life in the epic battle of Trafalgar.

This area is rich with history and known worldwide for its quality red tuna, fabulous fresh fish, distinctive locally produced cheeses and robust jamon carefully cured from the free-range acorn eating boar bred here in the Sierra de la Grazalema.

If you enjoy city culture too, in addition to Cadiz, why not take a short train ride to Jerez, the city of sherry and horses or a little further north to the beautifully romantic city of Seville, full of flamenco and fabulous cultural delights.

We always aspire to present the apartment in a clean and comfortable manner as guests would expect upon arrival. We would appreciate it if you could ensure that the apartment is left tidy with all items from the fridge and bins removed and disposed of in the community bins on the day of departure.

Entry time is 16:00 on the day of arrival and check out time is 10:30am on day of departure

A non-refundable deposit of 25% min €100 is required to confirm booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of €200 required with final payment. If your arrival date is less than 6 weeks, then the full balance and security deposit are required on booking. I am sorry but we do not accept any cash payments on arrival for rental or the damages deposit.
