There's a large infinity swimming pool positioned alongside the house and set in its own gardens. This is exclusively for your use. Steps lead down from the swimming pool area to the lake shore and a small pebble beach with a private mooring.
Access to the property is via electric gates that lead to a private driveway with parking for two large cars. At the end of the driveway there is an electric turntable for an easy exit back onto the road.
The Villa Fyn is furnished in a cool contemporary style with air conditioning, ceramic floors and modern artwork.
At the end of the hall there is an open kitchen and dining room. The glass windows from the dining room open up to a lakeside terrace with a further dining space for large groups.

On the top level there is a master bedroom with lake facing windows and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. It has its own large private roof terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and lake and comes complete with sun beds for you to relax and read in the sun!
The middle floor offers 2 doubles, on overlooks the pool the other the back garden and a twin that ovelooks the garden.
This fully equipped villa has a large laundry in the basement and another fully equipped kitchen for pool service and drink making.
The pool area is spectacular and features a large heated infinity pool from which you have an uninterrupted view of the lake. It also has sun beds and is fully lit so that you can get maximum use from it.
Bed linen, towels and final clean are included in the price. Additional cleaning or change of linen can be arranged upon request.
