This modern, two-storey chalet with a size of 225m2 counts with 4 bedrooms; ideal for groups of friends or big families. 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with a double bed and two rooms with single beds. The fourth one with 2 singles is situated on the 1st floor. Every bedroom is air conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms, one with shower cabin (no walk in shower), other one with a bath tub and the third one with a toilet and a washbasin.
The plot is fenced and counts with a garden area of approx. 100 m2 and a terrace with a size of 18 m2. There is a mobile BBQ, a table and seats: the right place to have a pleasant dinner outside. The salt water pool has a size of 8 meters x 4 meters and is perfect for all the sun lovers and keen swimmers of you. There are 4 sun beds at the pool area. As the house is located in the center of Costitx, the house has direct neighbors, but the house and its facilities are private and only for the use of the tenant.
From the terrace, you have direct access to the spacious living/dining area which is equipped with a cozy sofa, a dining table with 8 chairs, DVD and satellite television. WIFI is free of charge. The independent kitchen counts with everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, induction hob, fridge and much more. The whole house counts with air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.
Costitx is located in central Mallorca and sometimes it could be that you hear an airplane going by – but this depends on the wind direction. From there you have easy access to any of the parts of the island. Inca is just 10.7 km far, Manacor 39.7 and Palma is 34, what means that you will be in between the three biggest cities and thus be close to any facility you could need during your stay. Moreover Costitx and its surrounding are enchanting. It is a small village of only 1.159 inhabitants, mostly locals, so that you will have the chance to dive into the real Mallorca.
Regarding beaches, you can choose from a wide range. The northern beaches are approximately 30 km far away, and the eastern and southern beaches are 40 km. These distances mean just between 30 and 45 minutes drives depending on the roads you take and how fast you are. Anyway for sure you will enjoy the most our crystal clear waters and nice sandy beaches, here you have the names of the ones we like the best: Ses Casetes des Capellans, Ses Covetes, Es Trenc, Cala Torta, etc.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
The holding of events and pets are forbidden.

Please, do not mark babies ( from 0 to 2 years old) as children. Guests between the ages of 2 and 15 are considered children. Guests who are 16 years old are considered adults.

Nice villa although not all furnishings quite the same as the photos, loungers outside not as nice, dining in kitchen not the same, covers on sofas are blue throws, just little things. Pool was not cleaning itself we did ask the lady who looks after the villa and she said someone would look at it, no one came so we used the net twice a day so we could remove debris, BBQ had a big hole in the bottom we asked for this to be sorted, no one came ! Not the best service, although on arrival the villa was very clean. No wardrobe or storage for clothes up stairs but not an issue to us as we used the other bedrooms. The village was lovely, a couple of bars but if you want good food in the evening you need to go to nearby towns. Plenty of sight seeing within a few miles so plenty to do, be advised that you are in a village so cockerels wake you up and dogs bark quite early. Also on the flight path so you do get aircraft noise several times a day, all in all a good stay.
