The outside areas are very spacious, with a large terrace, a chlorinated pool of 4 x 8 m with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2.5 m, 8 deck-chairs, a fully-equipped barbecue, and a 100 m2 porch fully equipped with a table and chairs where you can spend great evenings with friends and family.
This 350 m2 house, distributed over two floors, has six bedrooms: three twin’ on the ground floor (one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower), and three on the first floor (one double and two twin’ –one of which has an en-suite bathroom with shower). All bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. Two cots are available on request. The four extra guests are accommodated on folding beds. There are four bathrooms with shower on the ground floor that serve the whole house.
There are two living rooms, one with two armchairs and a sofa, and another one equipped with two sofas, satellite TV, a wood-burning stove with oven and air conditioning.
The spacious separate kitchen is fully-equipped and has access to the terrace. In the kitchen there is a table for 12 people two smaller tables, for 4 people each, and a fireplace.
Next to the garage there is a utility room with iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer. In the same space there is a machine for lifting weights, for those who do not want to stop training during the holidays.
The rural setting of this house is surrounded by olive trees and other Mediterranean species. The town centre is just 1 km from the house and there you can find amenities such as a bakery, a bank, bars, a pharmacy, a post office, supermarkets, local shops, etc. If you prefer shopping, reach Manacor, just a 20-minute drive. Beaches like Son Serra de Marina, Porto Cristo, among others, are just a 25-minute drive.
Note: The rent for this property is regulated by Spanish Law 29/1994 (24 November), concerning urban leases, by which the property is available for use during the holiday season. Under this contract, the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourism services, only temporary transfer of use and enjoyment of the property.
