Experience the magnificent holiday in the heart of the Nice, old town. Fantastic location: 3-5 minutes walk to the beach, hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops on your doorstep, 20mins by coast from the airport and easy to find.

4minutes walk to bus stops and trams taking you to Cannes, Beauliieu, Villefranche, Monaco, Menton, Cap Ferret, Vence, St Paul de Vence, Eze, and many more for only 1 euro each way.

Our apartment is walking distance to all cosmopolitan Nice has to offer. Take advantage of the apartment’s strategic location. It is near Place Rossetti and Cours Saleya with its daily flower, vegetable and antique market. Promenade des Anglais and the beach will give you a chance to relax and sun bath in the Cote d’Azur sunshine, experience the water sports like water diving, sailing, water skiing and paragliding. Participate in some activities like running, cycling and roller blades. Take time to enjoy in our favorite Shapko Jazz Bar for music and drinks.

Do you want to see the scenic view of the old town and the beach? Take 5 minutes hike to Castle Hill (Parc de la Colline du Chateau) starting from the staircase of Rue Rossetti up to the hill.

The apartment is sitting on the 2nd floor of the building. Easy for the guests to go up especially if you have a heavy luggage. The whole apartment was recently refurbished. The living room has a convertible double sofa bed, air conditioning/heating, ceiling fan with light, 46 inches TV, DVD, books, and stereo system.The dining table is extendable from 4-8 seaters. The bar is also an option for drinking or for chatting with friends.

It has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 140cmx190cm bed size designed for a couple. The other bedroom along the walking street of Rue Droite has 2 Large Single Beds (90cmx200cm) – can be configured to one SUPERKING SIZE BED (180cmx200cm), 250 centimeters high wardrobes with built-in mirrors and 230 centimeters high noise reduction window.

The kitchen is an open type (American kitchen) fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, combi-microwave/oven grill and cutlery. Most equipment and facilities are brand new.

The apartment has 1 shower room with walk-in shower and 1 separate toilet with small lavatory. Ideal for 4 persons like family, group friends, 2 couple but can accommodate up to 6 persons.

It offers fast internet connection for you to utilize Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Line and other free communication software application.

Being a builder from Denmark and Norway for 20 years. I have gained my experience in refurbishing apartments. Buying houses and converted it into an apartment for rent-out to tourists for short term and long term. Year 2000 I sailed with my yacht from Norway down to Nice and fell in love with the place! What a perfect atmosphere. Almost summer the whole year round. Really love the climate so I decided to stay here. After I have met my wife, we decided to do tourism business in Nice.

Flat in the Old Town is always the best location. There is always life! We love to go out and experience life in the old town like the beach, bars, restaurants, markets,etc.. So much fun!

The Apartment has a nice layout for 2 bedroom and has a high ceiling and good ventilation. Sitting in the 2nd floor of the building is practical for older people or for carrying heavy stuff!

The apartment has a good amenities. Mostly equipments are new and in good running conditions. Our service is very reliable! We are on call 24 hours a day. Anything you need, we respond immediately. We make sure that the guest who will be staying in our flat will be satisfied and happy...

  • One bedroom situated in the walking street has 2 single beds. It has a big windows facing the walking street of Rue Droite and has a noise reduction window. It has a big wardrobe with big mirrors! It has a high ceiling and good ventilation. Other bedroom is good for a couple who needs deep sleep or has a baby. Good ventilation. Near access to the bathroom and toilet. Sofa bed in the sitting room convertible to a double bed.

Only POTENTIAL con is that in heat of summer, portable AC may not have enough strength to really circulate/cool back to back (master) bedroom. But they already have fan in there and there is window to open as well.

Overall - HIGHLY RECOMMEND as great place to stay in Vieux Nice!

Beautiful apartment in Old Town Nice

After a mixup with telephone numbers caused concern, we got into the apartment and it was very nice (no pun intended). Renovated with all the conveniences as described in the posting. They were good hosts and very flexible about arrival time.

One warning: although some taxis will get you close to the apartment from the airport, none will pick up for return. They just can't get through the streets and require you to go several blocks before pick up. We used Blacklane and they were on time and got close but the advantage was the driver helped with the luggage.

That's not a reflection on the apartment of Kai and Rommelyn. Just be aware if you have a lot of luggage or trouble getting around.

Great apartment in a great location

This apartment is very comfortable, in a great location and the host and hostess are very friendly and helpful.

One of the best thing is its location, close to good restaurants, bars and the beach.

I would definitely recommend it and planning to rebooked for next summer.

Fantastic weekend stay!

We arrived for a long weekend with a group of four girls. We had a warm welcome and thought the apartment was beautiful. Location was perfect- we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Air conditioning in July was certainly a perk, too! We hope to be back someday :)

Very nice accommodation, great location.

The location of the apartment, is one minute walk to numerous restaurants, live music venues, the market and five minutes walk to the beach. The Old Town is interesting with it's narrow streets and interesting building.

Recently refurbished providing all the modern amenities, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The owners are very helpful and friendly and provided information on the local area.

I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, amenities and the friendly owners.

Wonderful appartement in the center of Vieux Nice ! We really enjoyed having time there, very clean, everything is new and works, the space we needed with basics needs in the kitchen ! A huge thank you to Kaj Pederson who has been really nice, welcoming and accommodating :)
