This luxury 5 bedroom 3 bath waterfront home is just 3 minutes from the nearest white sand Gulf of Mexico beaches. The Top 10 reasons to consider this luxury vacation home vs. others:

1. Newer 2000s construction/luxury home vs. most other vacation homes are older and typically built in 1950-1970's.

2. Phenomenal waterfront Gulf of Mexico access location with private boat dock, 2 stand up paddle boards, a canoe, 2 kayaks, etc. Plus, You can walk to everything including the world famous sponge docks, restaurants, bakeries, antique district, bars, aquarium, winery, boat tours, fishing boats and more…

5. New upscale furnishings and decor vs. yard sale/consignment furniture and outdated decor.

6. Great fishing & nature watching right from the backyard and dock. You can see dolphins, manatees, fish jumping, and aquatic birds right from your own private boat dock (dolphins pass the dock daily)

7. Custom built home with significant upgrades (high ceilings, 20 inch Italian Porcelain tile, built-in wine chiller, etc).

8. Boating. Rent a boat, bring your own, take a dolphin watch tour boat, sponge diving exhibition boat, deep sea boat or inshore charter trip to explore the beautiful waterways of the Gulf of Mexico.

9. Fantastic gourmet kitchen. Eat out or make your own favorites in our large fully equipped kitchen which features all Professional Style Viking Appliances. There is also a Viking beverage center/wine chiller and a Margarita/Smoothie Maker to make your own frozen drinks or smoothies (sorry kids too young).

10. Awesome amenities means more comforts and better memories. We go the extra mile by providing everything you can think of from: 2 stand up paddle boards, a Canoe, 2 Kayaks, several Bicycles of various sizes, Sony 55 inch LED/3D FlatScreen TV, with Surround Sound, Blu-Ray DVD Player, Fios On-Demand videos, X-box game system with Kinect, Ping Pong/Table Tennis, Foosball/Table Soccer, tennis racquets, golf clubs, fishing poles, wine chiller, Margarita drink maker, Keurig Brewing System, intercom, iron & board, answering machine, beach chairs, and if you have young children we will add some age appropriate toys, 2 high chairs, a stroller, play pen, pak-n-play, gates, etc.

Plus, there are two fantastic beaches (Sunset Beach and Fred Howard Park Beach) within 2 miles of the home.

What makes this house unique

What really separates this home is that it has every amenity conceivable so you can have a truly memorable stay. How did we do it….We began asking guests what if any item do you wish the home had to make your stay more fun, enjoyable, and memorable, and we have been adding amenities ever since. Please make sure you view the slideshow of photos that depict some of the amenities. There are too many to list, but here's a quick example. Say you like a good cup of coffee…You are in luck as we have: 1. A traditional drip coffee pot. 2. A Keurig single cup brewing system. 3. A Nespresso expresso system. Or, if you don't want to make your own, there a numerous local coffee shops nearby including Starbucks. And Don't worry Brits, we have a tea pot.

You will enjoy your own PRIVATE heated pool and hot tub (an amenity not available at the finest hotel)

If you enjoy eat and drink, then you will love our home as it is walking distance to 50+ restaurants, bakeries, and bars. The famous sponge docks area is just a short walk and has many fantastic dining options and we will make sure you know the local favorites. This is a quite fantastic holiday villa with everything you would ever need to have a great holiday. Swimming and jacuzzi, fishing off the dock, paddle boarding, kayaking! Very close to the lovely Sunset Beach and Howard Park, and only 30 mins from Clearwater beach too. The house itself is wonderfully equipped and the owners and lovely!

Wonderful winter getaway

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at Vacation Like a Millionaire over our Christmas vacation & we were not disappointed! This home was the most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. The kids enjoyed the pool and the water toys. The boys caught a few different types of fish off of the pier. We liked walking to Sponge Docks and the nearby shops and restaurants. The weather did not disappoint - is was low 70's most of the week, which was great to get away from below zero temperatures in Indiana! The owners were there to welcome us and show us around on our day of arrival even though our arrival was delayed and we did not get to the house until late. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 plus grand parents and a bonus child. We would definitely recommend this rental home for a relaxing and very comfortable stay!!

My family and I had a tremendous experience staying at this property for a week this March.

It all began when we met the homes owners and they took us for a tour of their beautiful Home. So many times when you rent a property you just show up and can't figure things out, example...tv remotes etc. Not here! Stephen and Annica took us around their beautiful property and didn't leave a question unanswered. Such a simple but important touch!

The property itself is actually better than described. Perfect location!

We walked to town everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Although the town is very close, you never have to leave this home!

the home is right on the water, and has great paddle boards, kayaks and fishing poles!

the heated pool and spa were perfect.

We actually brought our Daughter and son in law as well as our twin grandsons (18 months) and the owners had everything we needed! Cribs, high chairs, gates...they even went out of their way and purchased two push cars for the little guys!

Anyway, we all highly recommend this property and already are planning a return trip next year!

Lovely time at this riverside oasis

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 12 (6 adults and 6 young children!!) had an lovely time at this beautiful riverside oasis. Despite the fact that the weather early in the week wasn't perfect, the accommodations and the hospitality of the owners made our experience one of a kind. We had absolutely EVERYTHING we could need for our little ones right at our fingertips. The house is just a short ride or walk to the buzzing downtown areas and local beaches. Our most memorable moments however, were those spent on our boat cruising to the local restaurants and sand bars, where we found the most gorgeous sand dollars and had our 'fresh catch' cooked for the evening! What a beautiful little slice of heaven. Thank you!!

Great Family Holiday in Tarpon Springs!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our week long stay at the '5 Bedroom Luxury Vacation Home in Tarpon Springs'. The house was perfect for my husband and I and our two sons and their families (including 4 children ranging in age from 7 months to 13 years). The house is exactly as described on the web site...it is very well maintained and is stocked with every imaginable amenity. The house is spacious, very nicely furnished and decorated, and has lots of attractive living spaces and comfortable sleeping areas. Stephen and Anicka have gone out of their way to ensure that the house has everything needed by adults or families to make a holiday at "a home away from home" enjoyable and stress free.

There was LOTS to do in the Tarpon Springs area. Our family visited beaches...Fred Howard Park Beach ( 5 minutes from the house) and Honeymoon Island Beach (30 minutes from the house) were our favourites; went to ball games at Duneden (20 minutes from the house); enjoyed the new splash pad--especially the 3 year old (3 minutes from the house); went golfing (15 minutes from the house) and had fun exploring the Greek restaurants, Sponge Docks and shops in downtown Tarpon Springs (5 minutes from the house).

We were always VERY happy however to return to 'our' house and enjoy family time. There were also LOTS of things to do in our very picturesque back yard. The house backs onto Tarpon Bayou and our family fished, paddle boarded, canoed and kayaked making very good use of all the recreational 'toys' provided with the house. We enjoyed lots and lots of time in the pool and the hot tub as well as just hanging out on the patio around the pool. Even though the house is located on a corner lot beside a fairly busy street, the back yard is very private and allowed us to relax in our own piece of Florida paradise.

I would highly recommend this house for adult groups or families. Stephen and Anicka are terrific hosts and were great to work with to make our Florida family vacation fun and memorable!

Stay Here! Great home and beautiful location

  • 5 of 5

This beautiful home has all you need! Equipped with pool/beach toys, toys for little ones and adults this house caters to all. We stayed in Tarpon Springs from 3/28/15-4/2/15 and were lucky to have magnificent weather the entire week. Stephen, the owner told me that this was a great time to be in the area due to the great weather and the manatee sightings. He was right! Stephen got us settled in, showing us around the home and telling us all there was to do in the area. He even checked in with us during the week to see how we were doing. The area is loaded with gorgeous beaches, we rented a boat and with Stephen's suggestion, we visited Anclote Key. It was amazing! I can't speak highly enough of this beautiful home and the great customer service we received. There were 9 of us, including my toddler and we all slept very comfortably with plenty of room. Also, this house is very close to all amenities. A great experience had by all!
