One bedroom flat available to rent for short term. It can accommodate 2 persons on 2 single beds zip able and linkable to become a king size bed plus 2 on sofa bed. All major appliances available. It is a ground floor apartment in a private and quite area, includes access to a private garden, FREE unallocated parking just outside the building, fully furnished ( TV, HI-FI, Fridge/Freezer, Jacuzzi tub), FREE WIFI access.

It is a great single bedroom apartment, just newly refurbished, in an excellent location, in a private a quite cull de sac area, just off LEITH WALK,one of the main arteries of Edinburgh.

Everything is walking distance from good Ethnic restaurants to groceries and amenities. A lovely well maintained garden makes you feel as you are in a countryside while you are in a city Centre.

Excellent property, furtherly enjoyed my stay

I would recommend this property to anyone, was a brillant little place, even better than the pictures, very close to town and in a nice quiet location with excellent facilities.

Great location!

The property is beautiful! This was the first place we stayed at that had a bathtub, which was nice after walking all day. The location is wonderful as well. We walked everywhere so finding parking wasn't an issue. I would recommend this place to friends!!

Great Location and Space!

The apartment is located right off Leith Walk, a hip area of town with lots of eating and shopping options. Feels very much like a local neighborhood, far enough from the touristy areas but close enough to walk or hop one of the many buses to the city center. The apartment is well furnished with a huge king sized bed and a great patio off the living room. Highly recommend staying here during your visit.

Ideal in Edinburgh

The location of this property was ideal for us. It's in a quiet location, very clean and well maintained, a 15-20 minute walk to the center of town, bus stops were very close to our location, convenient stores close by, and had the items/amenities we needed to make the flat our short term home. There was a small patio in the back that was perfect for enjoying an afternoon beverage, and the grounds of the complex. To answer the question would we stay there again - absolutely! Sante answered all of our questions and provided insight as to how to get around Edinburgh. For us from Florida, this property suited our needs perfectly. My only suggestion would be a "informational or guide booklet to the flat" to be a refresher to the renter when he/she doesn't remember some details. I suggest this because after an overnight flight, a train ride to Edinburgh, and an afternoon arrival, we were tired. Some items covered by Sante just wasn't remembered because we were tired. A guide book to the flat could have been useful. Otherwise, we couldn't have been more pleased with the flat. Thanks Sante.

Delightful accommodations

My daughter and I stayed here for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat is very roomy with a full kitchen with modern appliances including a combination washer/ dryer. There is a lovely patio and common court yard off of the living / dining room. There is a TV and an electric fireplace, which makes for a very cozy atmosphere. The bedroom was Avery nice size with double closet fronted with mirrored sliding doors. Bathroom -- very modern with a jacuzzi tub. The decor was very bright and cheery and the property was well maintained.

Paul met us at the flat and went over things and also mentioned places to eat or buy groceries. He assured us that we could call with any questions or problems. I would highly recommend this flat to other travelers.
