It is a ground floor apartment in a private and quite area, includes access to a private garden, FREE unallocated parking just outside the building, fully furnished ( TV, HI-FI, Fridge/Freezer, Jacuzzi tub), FREE WIFI access.

Beautiful place to stay

Just off Leith walk it is a short taxi ride to get to Princess street. The apartment is Beautifully kept and very tastefully decorated. The owner was very accomodating and made sure to show us everything we needed to know about the apartment. My mom and I felt very comfortable and at ease there. Lots of convenient shops around to get food for your stay. I would definitely recommend this place and the price is phenominal.

Lovely property with easy access to City Centre

Great property -was exactly as descriptions, and actually the photos don't do it justice. its very spacious, very clean and homely. Sante was very welcoming, and went the extra mile letting us check in early and leave our car parked all day after we had checked out. Its in a great location - you can get a bus into the City Centre, but we walked every time as its really easy along one straight road.

bright, clean and modern.

We felt totally at home in this property. Far more so than in any hotel. It is perfectly placed for transport into the city centre, close to an amazing variety of shops and restuarants. Edinburgh was vibrant, buzzing and friendly.

Sante's apartment is everything it's advertised to be plus so much more. It's clean, quiet, easy location to get around Edinburgh, and perfect for 4 travelers new to the city. The appliances are new and there are great little bonuses such as fresh flowers and chocolate. Absolutely tops! We will do this again next year. Thank you, Sante!
