Our Two Bedroomed Spacious Penthouse Apartment, having ''SPECTACULAR VIEWS' across the sea from the extra large Balcony!

Lighthouse Beach is a few minutes walk from our Penthouse Apartment. Beach Bar/Toilets available.

The Apartment has modern elegant furnishings, Open Plan Lounge/Dining Area, Two Spacious Bedrooms with Kingsize Bed and Double Bed, Fully Fitted Kitchen, Bathroom/Shower over Bath in designer Aztec Blue/White, Ceiling Fans to both bedrooms, White Window Shutters to Bedrooms/Lounge/Dining Area.


Extra very large Verandah providing: Outside Table, Chairs, Sunbeds, Umbrella and outside shower in the hot Summer heat!

Air conditioning units in Lounge, Two Bedrooms. Also ceiling fans are provided in the Dining Area, Two Bedrooms for your convenience on hot evenings!

Cyprus For A Perfect Holiday: Cyprus is the third largest Island in the Mediterranean, it is an island of beauty and a country of contrasts. Cool, pine-clad mountains are a complete scene-change after golden sun-kissed beaches. Tranquil, timeless villages are in striking contrast to modern cosmopolitan towns. Luxurious beach side hotels can be exchanged for large areas of natural unspoilt countryside. Yet in Cyprus all distances are easily manageable, mostly on modern roads and highways - with a secondary route or two for the more adventurous. The summers are long and hot, fruit trees buckle under the weight of their bounty as do the vines, the grapes of which go into producing some fine local wines. The Island has long been of great strategic importance and boasts the legacy of many of its occupying empires, fortifications built by the Crusaders still stand. A holiday here is idyllic, there is lots to see and plenty to do, the welcome is warm and the weather likewise.

Local Shopping: Part and parcel of any holiday is the question of what to take home. Leather is very good value. The shoe shops stock up-to-date styles at very reasonable prices. Handbags, suitcases and jackets are a good bargain. Shoes and jackets, as well as men's suits and shirts, can be made-to-measure within a week or so. Handicrafts abound on every shopping street. A good spot to view them is the Cyprus Handicraft Centre in Lefkosia, with retail shops in every town. Small items of the distinctive, traditional pottery make good gifts, and so does Cyprus copperware and filigree silver. Always popular is the beautiful 'Lefkaritika' or ' Lefkara Lace'. Folkweave, needle and crochet work, woodwork and basketwork are a few more of the things visitors like to take home with them, not to mention Cyprus brandy which can be bought by the demijohn, Commandaria and even Halloumi - the Cyprus cheese.

Golfing: Paphos is the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golf breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world class championship courses, warm hospitality and almost year round sunshine. There are three 18 hole golf courses to choose from. Tsada Golf Club which is just 20 minutes from Paphos town, 550 meters above sea level to ensure cool breezes during the summer months. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18 kilometres east of Paphos lying within a scenic valley and offers panoramic views. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,120 meters. The Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex is a unique up-market experience The Award Winning Golf course is located near to the birthplace of Aphrodite, only 2 mins from the main Limassol-Paphos highway. The course is in a fantastic setting on 2 plateaux, 300m metres high. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6,665 metres.

Apart from hiccup at the start!!!!!!. Penthouse was fantastic. Photos don't do it full justice. Not 1 negative . 10 out of 10. The nicest place we have chose and have used many. Have already recommended to family and friends . Will definitely return. Lena &Stevie. Highlands Scotland

spacious - comfortable - everything you need - well located for amenities - wonderful sea views

Well situated for all local amenities. Easy flat walking distances to eateries, mall, cinema and local shops. Close to things of historic interest.. Transport link good. Excellent coastal path to take you from Lighthouse to the Castle and Marina at Paphos.

Apartment is well maintained / equipped. with everything you need to make holiday stress free. Nice little welcome touches such as tea, coffee milk for your arrival with an additional bottle of wine to welcome you. TV package is great with terrific choices. Personal car parking space provided.

Would recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment and fantastic location

Excellent apartment in a quiet location with superb views of the sea having spectacular sunsets

Property was well furnished and provided everything we needed to make the most of the holiday. Almost got lost in the king size bed!

The best surprise was the terrace which was large and private.

Situation was central just off the Tombs of the Kings Road and within walking distance of shops restaurants beach and harbour.

I am looking forward to my next holiday in cyprus especially if I can rebook the apartment for an extended holiday.

Fantastic centrally located Penthouse!

We have stayed at this apartment on a number of occasions. It's in a fantastic location with sea and mountain views from the huge roof top terrace. Walking distance to the beach, Kings Avenue Mall, and the harbour - as well as numerous bars and restaurants on the Tombs of the Kings road.

Furnished to a high standard with everything you could possibly need to make it a home from home, including fast wi-fi internet and a great smart-iptv showing hundreds of channels including all U.K channels (BBC/ITV)

Under-cover car parking (car not necessary) & amazing sun-set views. Very good value for money for such a high-spec property in such a good location. HIghly recommended.

Perfect place, really close to the beach...

Perfect value for money. Close to the beach. Very spacious, two bedroom apartment. Stayed there with family and really enjoyed it. Close to harbour, shops, restaurants, car hire etc. but still quiet and all you can hear is the sea, birds ang goats nearby :) Wish we could stay there longer. Air condition, gas and electric heaters (for winter season), parking lot just beneath the building.

The Penthouse Apartment is located off Tomb of the Kings Road and only 100 metres from the beach. Only 2 minutes walk from the local shops, bars, restaurants and tavernas and is ideally situated on a main bus route.

The harbour of Kato Paphos is a 15 minute stroll and is a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by whilst sipping an ice cool drink. In the evening the restaurants that line the quayside come alive serving fresh fish and the traditional Cypriot 'Meze'

The market in the old town is 10 minutes walk away where the hustle and bustle of everyday living mixed with tourist visitors hunting for bargains makes an idyllic setting. There are many places of interest in and around Paphos a guidebook can be found at your apartment. Some not to be missed are the Troodos Mountains with its pine scented forests and closer to home the Paphos villages where time has stood still and friendly hospitality is the norm. Hiring a car is easy directly from the Airport or by internet before your arrival.
