Long Term Rental - Lovely, private condo in Ironwood Country Club

Modern and up to date garden villa in beautiful Ironwood Country Club - very private end unit with garage parking. The condo features 18' tile flooring with baseboards, raised panel doors, solid wood cabinetry, slab granite counters, stainless appliances, fully equipped kitchen and stack washer and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms and each has it's own bathroom. There is a twin roll away bed that is suitable for an extra person. The front patio has a gorgeous view looking toward the Santa Rosa Mountains and plenty of morning sunshine. There is also a BBQ on the patio. Mature fruit trees enhance the patio setting. The community pool is just a short distance from the condo.
This secure gated community features many beautiful walks and is close to El Paseo with fine and casual dining, great shopping and renowned art galleries. Very conveniently located for all that the desert has to offer.

Please note that we are looking for a long term rental. Furnished or unfurnished.

Great place and best location!

We loved this property. It’s a great, gated community. The location couldn’t be better. My only (very minor) negatives were the dryer (which isn’t the typical kind) and the TV, which could be upgraded to a smart TV. But, these are minor issues. I’d rent again!

Wonderful location and community. Jill was terrific to work with and ensured a smooth move in and out. The condo was well equipped and close to a lovely hot-tub and pool. Thankyou

Desert escape

A beautiful, comfortable and well appointed home! Very quiet with a nice view. Ironwood is lovely to walk through and has many nice pool areas. This spacious condo has everything you need to make for a relaxing holiday.

WOW! We all loved this condo.

Everything was perfect from when we arrive and leaving. Plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. The beds were comfortable and furniture. Perfect patio to view palm trees, flowers, sunrise and hours of visiting with our friends.
