We are offering Complimentary Vendor Beach Chair setup with 2 Beach Chairs and Umbrella for this rental. You must book through VRBO to receive the Complimentary Vendor setup. This is a Sat to Sat rental from March 1 - Oct 31 and you can rent a minimum of 6 nights if it falls during the sat to sat time frame or the full 7 nights from Sat to Sat.

This unit is designed as an ADULT ONLY personal vacation residence for 2 persons age of 25 and over only. Rental includes beach setup with 2 chairs and umbrella from March 1 - Oct 31, 2018 only. Not offered in off-season due to vendor not available.

New beach front building that was completed in Oct. 2010. It is a small 9 unit building with private beach access and outdoor shower. This is a 2nd floor floor west corner unit featuring granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. There is 1 parking space per condo at no charge.

Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside is a short bike ride away where you can shop at the Farmers Market starting at 9 am on Saturday mornings at the Seaside Amphitheater year round. You can select your pick of fresh produce and other unique offers. Nothing better than fresh vegetables go to with fresh seafood that can be purchased 1/2 mile from the condo at the Goatfeather's Seafood Market on 30A for a night of dining in. Dinner on the balcony is both beautiful and peaceful while watching the waves roll in and the sun set.

This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.

No Pets Allowed

No golf carts allowed anywhere on the property

Major holidays require 6 night minimum.

Relaxing!

Place was so clean and comfortable! Fantastic to be right on the beach! We really enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella ready for us each day. Very relaxing trip.

Horrible management

We have stayed at Leeward before and had no issues, that’s why we decided to return this year for our anniversary vacation. However, this time was different. The manager, Lynn treated us terribly. We are respectful and responsible renters but yet she accused us of breaking rental agreement rules without any proof, proceeded to spy on us via cameras and call everyone in the building to “watch us.” The worst part was her constantly messaging me, harassing me during what was supposed to be a nice anniversary dinner, (which she ruined.) When we spoke on the phone she was totally unreasonable and hung up on us. As a property manager myself, I can say with authority that this woman is totally irrational and unprofessional. If she thought we had broken rules, she should have either give us a warning, tell us to leave the property, or take our security deposit—not berate me all night. I’ve honestly never been treated so poorly. We ended up leaving early because we no longer felt comfortable staying in a place where we felt we were being watched. If we were such terrible renters why would she rent us again? Both times we have stayed there we have left the condo in perfect condition. None of it made any sense and we were honestly fearful of this woman’s unpredictability. She ruined our vacation and there’s a good chance she will ruin yours if you stay here.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We value all of our guest and their right to enjoy what they paid for which is a non-smoking property. Unfortunately you and your guest smoking on the balcony caused those around you to have to go inside their condo to get away from your smoke and lose the enjoyment of their balcony/outdoor space. We received complaints that this went on for 2 days before the complaints were brought to us from the surrounding condos so with this not being a one-time incident we had to address the issue with you. We did do our due diligence and had several condos verify without doubt smoke was coming from the balcony of the unit you rented as we would never accuse anyone without enough proof. Since you were a repeat guest with us, we gave you the benefit of doubt but were lied to by you when specifically asking were you a smoker and had no other option but to repeatedly ask you about the smoking trying to get to the truth by messaging you 3 times since you refused to answer the question. If you had been a mature adult and owned up to the action, we could have tried to work out a solution and since you were a repeat guest we did not collect a damage deposit. Instead of answering us, you had your daddy call and harass us admitting your guilt. We welcome the opportunity to again state that this complex is a no smoking property which is very clearly stated in our rental agreement and specifically list the condo and balcony non-smoking areas as well as the entire property. We also state in our VRBO ad that if you are a smoker please choose another property. This is a 5 star property that non-smokers can rest assured they will be able to enjoy without breathing others smoke and violations will be addressed in a timely manner by us as well as the other property owners.
