This property was purchased within 30 seconds after looking for months. Each season offers its own beauty. I live in the city and was looking for another home that represented tranquility and yet offered me nearness to one of the top beaches in the world and access to 5 star restaurants and culture. I have spent my life in corporate America and am now winding down. I am very busy and was looking for a home that is easy to maintain and afforded me the ability to be in one of the world's best villages/beaches. I enjoy sharing this home with those who have stayed and with several we stay in touch.

Why Don Sebastian chose Southampton

The luxury ranch/cottage is bright and airy with sun-drenched rooms. South-East Exposure. It is an open floor plan great for entertaining and it opens to a very large new deck overlooking manicured acres which are very private. It represented everything I wanted an open airy sunny concept, cozy on the inside and yet offering the feeling of being outdoors due to its series of glass doors overlooking several acres. I chose Southampton for being from the city i wanted all same options of great restaurants and entertainment without the hustle and bustle plus i love the outdoors. Its also the last town via a 2 lane highway making it an easy commute. It is a stone throw to town and the famed Coppers beach which is considered 1 of world's 10 best. Anyone who has stayed here from CEO's to a local artist has raved about the place. Hugh over sized deck for day and evenings filled with stars

Amazing 2 bedroom condo in Southampton

The pictures do not do this place justice! The condo is light, airy and quiet. As soon as you open the door, the sunlight pours in and the openness makes the place feel warm, cozy and spacious. The living room looks onto a sprawling yard giving it the feel of a house. The condo is situated in such a way that has complete privacy. Don, the landlord is a pleasure to deal with and keeps the place well maintained and immaculate! He was always responsive to all my needs and requests. Everything about the rental was easy! Everything works! The fireplace is ideal in the cold months. Many benefits to renting a condo: garbage removal is painless and the driveway is always plowed during those snowy months! The garage is an added bonus! The location is a dream…90 min from Manhattan and 5 min drive to the beach. Super close to Main Street in Southampton and a heartbeat from Bridgehampton or Sag Harbor. I rented from Sept 24 until Memorial Day and cherished my time there! I would definitely rent again!

Fantastic vacation experience

We have rented this condo twice in 2013 and absolutely love it! As you can see from the pictures the decor is lovely and we found it to be very comfortable. The deck is large and private making it a very peaceful place to spend time. The location is great. Close to village shopping, restaurants and the beach. Don, the owner, is very responsive and easy to deal with. He goes out of his way to help make your stay as pleasant as possible. We highly recommend it and look forward to our next opportunity to escape to this very special get away!

Excellent Experience

Rented this unit in late July/early August, 2010. Location is perfect; very private and close to village shopping, restaurants, etc. Condo is in perfect shape and well maintained. Two bedrooms and two full baths; the washer and dryer is a great feature; full deck which runs the length of the unit with a gas grill is nice. The owner is great to deal with. We would recommend to anyone and would consider renting it again as we return to Southampton.

My family stayed for 3 weeks. We are from Switzerland and loved it.

Charm, well appointed, sunny, good furniture--- near all---great pool and tennis--great deck for entertaining--would highly recommend it.
