A 3-storey house in El Perello Beach with garage for 2 cars. Spacious living room with a fireplace and a 3m glass door that opens to a great terrace overlooking the sea, which gives direct access to the promenade and the beach.

The living room has a 40'' TV with USB and a chimney for the cooler days.

The kitchen has been totally renovated and is fully equipped. There are 4 double bedrooms; all mattresses are new and of good quality. There are two modern bathrooms and a rest room at ground floor.

The house has 4 private terraces, one of them a glass covered terrace so as to enjoy the sea views during the cooler days.

The house is in a private urbanization with a communal pool that has a children's area. There’s also a shed toys for kids inside the house.

Why Mercedes Vandendorpe chose Sueca

This house was purchased by my mother's family while still a teenager. I spent there so many happy summers, resting on the sand during the day and enjoying El Perello’s festive nightlife.

What makes this house unique

My favorite spot in the house is a terrace overlooking the sea on the ground floor. Through the railing I can see lilies growing on the dune in summer; their perfume regale my evenings.

Urbanization The Calderer is a small urbanization, and the beach area in front of him is little known, allowing even lay your towel in August by the water, enjoying personal space. Beachside Paradise

My husband and three children and I traveled here in mid March and enjoyed our time very much. The weather did not cooperate but the house and area were enough to keep us happy. The house is very well equipped with modern amenities and lots of space for all of us. The beach access is the best part. You are directly on it and the views are stunning from all floors in the house. The manager was very friendly, responsive, professional and punctual. Being a house, it is much easier for families. We also brought our dog who was in doggy heaven being so close to the sand. The town of El Perello is 15/20 minutes walking distance and provides everything you would need.

Speechless and so happy

If you want to have a beautiful vacation this beach house is the best for you! We expected a little apartment but we got this wonderful beach house with its incredible view! When you open the door you can directly go to the beach! The contact with Mercedes was very great. We are so blessed that we could stay here!

Leuk, ruim beachhouse aan zee

Heerlijk vakantie gehad in dit leuke en ruime beachhouse. Prachtig uitzicht op zee, op ca. 10 meter afstand lopend naar het strand. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, heel vriendelijk eigenaresse, reageert snel op vragen. In huis is wel te zien dat het last heeft van het zeeklimaat. In het huis is WIFI, waar de kinderen blij mee waren. Vanaf het huis is het een half uurtje rijden naar Valencia wat een prachtige stad is en waar veel te doen en te zien is. Tip: fietstocht met (Nederlandse) gids. Tip voor Oceonagrafic (aquarium) , kaartjes vooraf online bestellen, anders kan er een lange rij staan.

In de meivakantie was het in Sueca erg stil, bijna alle huizen/appartementen waren nog gesloten, dus we hadden het strand voor ons zelf. In het hoogseizoen denken wij dat het er erg druk is.

Direkt am Strand mit tollem Meeresblick gelegen

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wirklich traumhaft und auch für Familien mit Kinder ideal. Mercedes ist sehr nett und hat auch mal während unseres Aufenthaltes nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was mir gefehlt hat, war eine richtige Kaffeemaschine, mit der vorhandenen Pad-Maschine (?) war es immer Glücksache einen guten Kaffee zu machen. Aber ansonsten war alles da.

gemütliches Ferienhaus in einzigartiger Lage

Wir waren in diesem Haus bereits zum zweiten Mal. Mercedes ist sehr aufmerksam und kümmert sich um jedes Anliegen. Das Haus ist super sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Besonders herausragend ist vor allem die traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand.

Perfektes Strandhaus für Familien

Das Haus liegt an ausgezeichneter Lage, direkt am Strand. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem, was man für den Urlaub braucht, ausgerüstet. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hilft bei allen Fragen (zB. Restaurant-Tipps und Reservationen, etc.). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Calderer's Beach

The Perelló Beach is a three kilometers open beach with very fine golden sand.

It received the “Q” Award for Quality Tourism in 2010. Because it’s a local beach, it’s never overcrowded. The afternoon winds from the mountains nearby make it very attractive for windsurfing and fly surfing lovers.

The house is located 25km from Valencia city, and 35 km from Valencia airport. It is integrated on the Costa de Azahar (Orange Blossom Coast). This area is known for its small fisherman villages and the beautiful rise paddies. Set between these and the sea there is a renowned natural park called La Albufera. It’s a freshwater lagoon which serves as a haven for migratory birds; it’s 10Km away from the house. Within the Albufera Park there is a small town called El Palmar, with many restaurants famous for its delicious rice dishes and other delicacies of the cuisine of Valencia. Within a radius of 15 km there is also an equestrian center (Devesa Gardens), a golf course (Parador El Saler) and a water park (Aquópolis).

In El Perello (2.5 km), you’ll find all kinds of commodities of medium-sized coastal town: shops, restaurants, pubs, and small fish shops selling freshly caught seafood. The village has its own marina and yacht club.

Within a radius of 300 meters from the house there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bar-restaurant.

Valencia is the third most important city in Spain. It was founded as a Roman colony in the 138 BC. Its historic centre -one of the largest in Spain- is a lively neighborhood, full of little restaurants and bars.

The cultural life is quite interesting, with many museums, some of them housing paintings by Velazquez and Goya. There are many beautiful monuments, as the Lonja de la Seda, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996.
