Housing 204: 58 square meters living room .Large kitchen opening onto a south facing terrace, 1 bedroom with 1 bed for 2 persons, 1 room with 2 beds 1 person (bunk beds), 2 bathrooms, ideal for a family . Maximum 4 adults (5th and 6th person can only be children). We do not accept weekend stays.

Ski, possibility of parking car in the interior of the building.

Linen for bed and towels provided.

About the property

Ourse Bleue

Brand new fully renovated flat, decorated in a cozy mountain style, located in a building in the center of Courchevel 1650 (Moriond).

Ski-in & ski-out ( access to the slopes by stairs from the ski-room) with the shops and restaurants in doorsteps.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2014 for maximum comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, fully equiped kitchen,...), private parking inside the building . We do not accept groups of adults and weekends stays. Possibility of pre-order groceries before the arrival and upon request.

BOOKINGS/ RESERVATION ON LINE : please check first the details of your stay ( number of people, lenght of stay, all the questions about the property) before procced to a booking request. I ll be quick to reply to all your questions.

50 euro cleaning fee are added to the price of the stay at certain periods.

séjour à Courchevel extra !

L'appartement est conforme aux photos,très confortable et douillet.

L'accueil a été très convivial. Les échanges par mail ont été efficaces .

Aucun équipement ne manque, tout est fait pour que le vacancier se sente chez lui (wifi, télé, équipement de la cuisine très complet, canapé confortable, literie satisfaisante, linge de maison fourni ).

L'appartement est très lumineux, l'accès au garage et au local à ski est très facile.

L'emplacement est idéal : navette à 2 pas, accès aux pistes avec cours de ski ESF et vente de forfait à 250m, commerces autour, loueur de ski au pied de l'immeuble.

Très bon séjour !on n'hésitera pas à revenir

Accueillant et chaleureux.

Note séjour à Moriond fut très agréable et la location en est en partie responsable. La décoration soignée de l'appartement, les équipements ménagers , l' agencement des pièces, la quantité d'ustensiles de cuisine, la présence d'un " Kit" d'arrivée ( condiments, produit vaisselle...) en font un lieu très accueillant oú l'on se sent tout de suite bien.

Comme signalé dans la présentation, le 5eme occupant ne peut être qu'un enfant.

L'appartement est situé non loin des Escalators et du front de neige et à proximité immédiate de tous les commerces.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire sont également à souligner.

Lovely Apartment in a Great Location!

Lovely apartment. Very central location, with lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance, which was great for us after a long day skiing!

We would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend to our friends.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

This is our second visit to one of Yves' apartments and it did not disappoint. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and furnished with a great location right in the center of Courchevel 1650 and right next to the pistes, also with the added bonus of underground parking too.

Yves is always very welcoming and happy to assist or advise however he can. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Courchevel.
