Central location (food, leisure and transport) in quiet area away from city traffic at the edge of the Suquet district and the Forville Market. You will be 7 minutes walk from the entrance to the Palais des Festival and 10 minutes walk from the Midi beaches.

Living space 53 m2 useful, scheduled for 4 people in couples. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room / kitchen, 1 bathroom waters and panoramic terrace of 70m2 (it can be shared).

Ideal for families with children, even young people. The garden is fully enclosed and secure is a perfect place to delight children (artificial turf) and tranquility of the parents.

CONGRESS FORMULA: expandable to 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 living room / kitchen and 1 living room. Capacity 8 to 14 people maximum. The Aloha villa was built in 1905 by architect Henri Stoecklin who signed a large number of buildings in Cannes and Le Cannet. The Aloha Villa is large and has two distinct and separate locations. No common room. The entrance is independent and separate. According to the pace of locations, only the south garden of outdoor space and the large south terrace are shared. Information will be given about it piecemeal. The owners live in the western part of the villa. We can offer you advice, assistance and, depending on circumstances, to share moments of conviviality that few standards lettings can obtain.
