Large 5 bedrooms charming home with 3 bathrooms. Safe, quite, green and posh family area of London which was ranked within top 10 best places to live in Great Britain by Sunday Times. Children play area and traditional garden.

Off Street Parking for 3 Cars.

Quality restaurants, pubs and supermarkets locally. 20 minutes to central London from local tube station. Central Line tube/metro is every couple of minutes and runs to late night - 24 hours on Friday and Saturday night (it is not infrequent traditional train!! serving many parts of London).

We care about your overall London experience and will provide advice and information to try to help you have best possible holiday. At our home you'll be provided with all of the modern amenities and supplies necessary. We expect you to enjoy your stay with us to the fullest. If you need any more information please let me know.

Detailed: Very spacious & quiet character family home with amazing aspect overlooking greenery in a very desirable and safe London location. Very well connected to heart of London via tube/metro and if driving to motorway network via North Circular (A406). Closest tube station is South Woodford on Central line. Central line is red line on tube map, train is every couple of minutes and route takes you direct to Oxford Street, St Paul's and Hyde Park. Central line runs 24 hours on Friday and Saturday night.

Property is full of character with its own traditional English rose garden and children play area. This luxurious property is mostly on one floor making it perfect for children and older guests. Wanstead is one of few conservation areas in London with many unique going out opportunities walking distance from home.

Guests will have exclusive use of whole property and complete privacy. We are accessible easily via whats up or phone. If guests not familiar with UK or London can provide guidance and help on arrival to make London as enjoyable as possible.

This is our family home and we welcome other families to use it to enjoy London. Neighbourhood is very quiet and family oriented. As such noise or drunken behaviour will be unacceptable.

About Angelina & Rana

We are a professional couple husband works for a large global investment bank in risk management and wife works for UK National Health Service as a surgical nurse. We are very international in our outlook as both of us grew up on different continents before meeting in London. We have children at primary and high school.

This is a very unique property for London. It is quite spacious for its location and has been furnished very tastefully. Further it has a traditional English garden so you can experience complete aspects of local life. We live at this property when not hosting so you can be assured everything is functional.

What makes this house unique

Very desirable area of London. Relax in a peaceful neighbourhood while able to enjoy all the tourist, cultural and sightseeing London has to offer. Children play area and garden with ample parking.

The house was a great size. The house was exceptionally clean, it was in a top location (for where I needed to bee). From Wifi to sky tv, to large bedrooms to great location. This house was perfect.

Ideal holiday home for a family with children

Grandparents, mother and 3 children all enjoyed staying in this comfortable house during our week's stay in London. You do not need a car, the underground, shops and pubs are all in walking distance, but if you come by car, there is ample off street parking.

The hosts Angelina and Rana are very helpful and caring and made us feel as friends visiting. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great experience!

It was a pleasure to spend time in the house of Angelina and Rana. The location was great, close to the underground, restaurants and grocery store. Clean, comfortable rooms, three bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Rana is very friendly, helpful and caring. We can recommend this place as an ideal accommodation for a family (or two families up to 10 people)

Perfect Family Holiday in London

We had amazing time at Angelina and Rana’s home in London. I visited with my children and grand children. Hosts are very thoughtful and really cared about our overall London experience. They guided us how to conveniently get to best restaurents and top tourist attractions. House was clean and appeared better in real life then photos. Fridge and kitchen had quality essentials provided for already so for most of our trip we had complimentary breakfast. Area felt safe and was very quite while being next to London’s central line metro made it easy for elderly like me to enjoy London. Locally you have everything from supermarkets to restaurants. Thanks Angelina and Rana for your hospitality.

Fantastic stay in a wonderful location

This is a wonderful, cosy and spacious house in a very convenient location with excellent transportation links and close proximity to Central London. Highly recommended for family or group stays. There is a large beautifully landscaped garden which our kids loved. The rooms are large and comfortable. Very nice and peaceful suburban area with close proximity to City and many eating options nearby.

Host Angelina was very warm and accommodating. We were made to feel very comfortable.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
