APARTMENT IN THE HILLS OF GRACIA (PARC GUELL 300m)

60m2 apartment has two rooms of 12 m2, living kitchen of 25 m2, a bathroom and a "Patio" inside (Winter Garden) of 9 m2 (What's clop smoking outside of the apartment ) ... Having a lot of families with children in infancy, I prefer non-smoking apartments for the well-being and health of all!

This apartment is fully equipped, 42-inch LED TV, DVD player, French and foreign channels two parables. A 15-inch laptop is available. And stereo CD / Radio / iPod player, wireless internet flow and fixed telephone (unlimited free call fixed in national and call reception for foreign countries) sofa bed (2 persons), dining table ( 4/6 persons) and storage units. This apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and central heating.

Two bedrooms each equipped with new bedding and quality (150X200), bedside tables, desk and wardrobe, alarm clock, ceiling fan.

A fully equipped kitchen, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee machine and coffee machine, toaster, bouillard, answering machine, laundry (6kg). And all utensils. (Cook word)!

A bathroom with whirlpool bath, toilet, bidet, sink, storage cabinets.

This area is primarily residential, quiet Olympian and Secure! (I live next door, sulfates trust me). Nevertheless you have a supermarket 50 meters and Bars, cafes, tapas 75 meters. At 200 meters you are on the avenue Vallcarca so many shops.  The green line (L3) metro is available (300m). Lesseps or Vallcarca (4 Paseo de Gracia stations and 5 stations from Plaça Catalunya). All in 15 minutes! You also have neighborhood buses and city buses 200 meters from the apartment.

But again the most interesting is that you go directly to the apartment at Park Guell in escalator (7 minutes)! This entry is free, since September 2013 an 8 € (to enter the heart of the Park is requested) .The rest of the park is free. From up here you have a panoramic view of Barcelona, ​​and the beauty of course park. Second most visited monument in Barcelona!

This apartment is located in D floor, the door does not give the street, you have an entrance hall, the icing on the cake is that just in front (5 meters) you have a car park (private garage ) adjacent to the apartment, so for vacationers drive "Benvingut"! Every year many vacationers wondering private parking ... well here it is !!!

Fabulous centralized location with easy access to the metro. Barcelona was well worth the trip!

Clean, neat, and well appointed.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation provided at this property. It was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with a washing machine and the kitchen, although small, was very modern and nicely laid out. Our only concern, given that we are seniors, was the steep hill to access the house.There were two escalators at the first hill, one of which never worked during our stay. On the other hand, I believe we did benefit from the exercise. It was also close to two metro stations and various grocery stores.

The appartment was clean and nice. Everything worked well. Special thanks to Ludo and Manu for everything! Taxi service was nice also. We would recommend this appartment and Ludo Barcelona to our friends.

Place was nice enough, but the owner is sketchy!

The apartment was fine. It was not in the greatest location (easy getting to it up escalators, but a giant pain with a push chair to go down the hill). Be sure to read the contract that the owner sends after you book because he tries to charge you for just about everything and a giant deposit.

We lost power for a day too, which was very annoying and nothing was really done by the owner. Bad experience with him, but Barcelona was great nonetheless.

Owner's Response: Hello Rob, Thank you for your comment, I think that you should read the contract before reserving, useless to excuse you in front of me in the apartment to send me this comment after, I'm not sketchy but professional !!! Look at the other comment in the webside) !!! You had a deposit to do It is written well in the contract, for my part, I have never seen rent without deposit (You are just a little artless)... You didn't pay everything else ! Except for expenses surprises, when you asked me to leave the apartment at 3 am in the morning for a plane at 5:30 am!!! To pay flight tickets low cost, congratulation with two babies !!! If you had read the contract (that you read later) Arrivals are from 3pm to 8pm and departures from 8am to 12pm, you will be charged an extra 10€/hour outside of the time slot (including departures before 8am). You think certainly that my staff is going to get up has 3 am the morning for you free of charge you be artless! It is not a hotel Rob but an apartment ! On the other hand you have to forget to thank me for the champagne and the Turron ( Spanish) ... You are welcome !!! You also very disappointed me, but I have the luck to have very very very few tenants as you ! Best regards, Ludo

appartement très bien placé près de la ligne 3 du métro qui sillonne quasiment tout le centre ville.

Facile de sortir en voiture de la ville pour une journée car la B20 est tout près.

tout était très bien.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement près du Park Guell, en plus d'être très bien situé dans Barcelone (à côté des lignes de métros et bus, supermarchés, restaurants, etc...) l'appartement est totalement équipé et le propriétaire offre un service de qualité et efficace. Nous avions eu un problème avec le frigo, en une journée il était remplacé avec un nouveau. Je le recommande fortement.
