- 1 entrance,
- One bedroom with a double bed (approximately 10 sq.m)
- 2 bedrooms with twin beds (approximately 10 sq.m)
- A dining room with kitchen corner and a nested beds sofa (approximately 15 sq.m.)
- Bathroom with bathtub + 1 washbasin
- 1 separate WC
The kitchen is fully equipped: kitchenware, dishwasher, mixed oven, refrigerator, 4 rings electric hob. The apartment has a balcony or terrace of at least 8 sq.m.
A covered public parking available and free under the apartment building.
The apartment is located in a building with private sauna and hammam.
The building is located in the top of the village, 100 m away from the shopping arcade where all the shops are (ski rental, bakery, minimarket, etc.) and 50 m away from the cable car that leads to the top of the Alpes d'Huez territory in about 15 minutes. Ski lessons also beggin in the cable car station. The Valmonts de Vaujany Residence is an economic tourism apartment building built in 2007. The co-owners of the building met in a Development Company to manage the residence.
We are very committed with the quality of the services we provide and with the state of the building. Twice a year, the co-owners meet to organize the repair and maintenance works and to guarantee the good conditions of the building.
