Location, location, location!
This place was great for our group during the UTMB. Plenty of room for our families and the location could not be beat. The hardest part was getting proper direction on how to get our cars there! But once we figured that out, the cars stayed put. Easy walking access to everything. I'd like to come back in the winter and stay here!

Perfect location, great accommodation and host
Location in centre of Chamonix could not be more convenient.
Hayley is a great host and made organising the trip very easy.
Quality of accommodation is very high. Comfortable, clean, well kitted out and with a great hot tub.
Toiletries, robes, towels etc were a great addition to make the stay even more comfortable.
A great chalet to stay in if you have a large group. The chalet is on 3 levels which helps separate everyone. Great central location where you can walk to almost everything in Chamonix, at the same time in a quiet neighborhood. Nicely outfitted kitchen with everything you need including microwave and dishwasher. A large deck and hot tub to relax in. Would stay there again especially during ski season because of its closeness to the gondola. Would suggest upgrading the internet connection which was too slow for anything except for e-mail.
The chalet is well maintained with easy to reach manager. The owner was prompt answering my e-mails. Overall, a great experience.

Location and potential. The chalet had a very old and strange layout but is located in a perfect quiet but central location. We wanted to use the space to provide a flexible and modern living space without taking away from the traditional charm

Central location, you are only 100 yards from the main streets of Chamonix town centre. Quiet cul-de-sac, means you don't fell like you're in the centre of a town. Large deck, gives you a great outside space to enjoy the spectacular views, maybe from the hot tub or over a BBQ. Flexible living space. Log fire for atmosphere and colder months. Private parking for 2 cars.
